Description of Work: Re-grouted a tile bath. Because this was a re-hab of an older building the structure is uneven in a couple of places, meaning that the tiles are noticeably misaligned in a couple of places. That's ok, nothing can be done about that, but from a grouting perspective it was probably a bit more tricky than new construction.

 + -1 moreVery well - they were prompt to respond to my email and schedule a visit. Technician was on time and a good guy. I must say he did a h*** of a job - the shower was like new. I honestly couldn't believe how clean the thing was. He did a re-caulking job that was excellent. Much better than I could have done. And the shower still looks good after 4 or 5 months. Worth the money.

My only negative is that they called 30 minutes after my appointment time to cancel because a prior job was running long so I had to schedule a second day (that always irritates me). The second day, I expected my appointment to be one hour earlier than when Grout Medic came -- someone had the time wrong -- no way of knowing who. Overall, a very good job -- cleaned up everything and explained all the work. If there was a B+ rating, that is what I'd give.
Description of Work: Had grout work and caulking done in 2 showers, grout cleaning/staining on bathroom floor and recaulking of kitchen sink.
