Description of Work: I am in heaven with my new shelf genie shelves in the kitchen. From the planning to the installation, this project is worth every dollar spent!

Description of Work: Serena Close was the representative we dealt with. She addressed many of our questions ahead of the appointment and was very professional. She made recommendations based on our kitchen. Unfortunately we only had a limited budget and had to allocate more money for painting. We would definitely work with them in the future. It would be helpful if the prices were more affordable.

Description of Work: Had roll out shelves installed to 3 cabinets in our kitchen. The shelves are great quality and make the cabinets much more functionable. Small glitch setting up first appointment but Marc and his team were easy to work with. I would recommend the company.

Description of Work: They replaced hardware in a cupboard. It was during 2015. Sorry I forgot the exact date. I made the check to Shelf Genie. The sales person and installer where very professional and pleasant.

Description of Work: Ericka was very kind and confident in the quality of the product offerings. She did not seem very knowledgeable in the variety of the products or different customization options. She was not very talkative and we had to prompt her for more information. We did appreciate that she was not too pushy or aggressive in her sales pitch. Overall we felt the price was too high for our needs and we did not pursue the service. Communication was prompt and we never had issues contacting Shelf Genie.

Description of Work: Removed fixed corner shelf to put in lazy susan shelving as well as 1 glide out on an odd sized cabinet.fabrication took at least a couple of months. Flexible in scheduling. Bit pricy.

Description of Work: This is an extremely expensive product. I was fooled (will not be again by ANY such deal) by the Angies List so-called deal of $199 for $500 worth of product. I am ONLY getting six shelves and this will cost $1,500 over and above the $199 (for $500 worth of product... meaning $2,000 for five shelves). Should have checked into Container Store first. I feel that these Angies List deals are a joke because whenever the provider is quoting a job, they will just pad their price to recoup what they had to pay to Angies LIst for the deal and for whatever Angies List is getting in terms of a kick back. Extremely disappointed. This also has taken longer to be produced and installed than I had ever expected -- months -- although I am responsible for a month of that delay due to my own travel schedule.

Description of Work: I had my pantry done. It works very well. The slide outs are smooth and strong. When I put all my items back in, it seemed that I had less space but then I remembered that I could use the sides also. The functionality is great, I can reach and see everything at a glance. I will be using them for the rest of my kitchen and possibly for the bathrooms.
