Ok but more expensive.

It was good when we finally got it installed. What I disliked about it was the installation, they only had two people installing. When it did come in, it took quite a while for them to install because they only have two people and it doesn't look like they work past five. We bought the big deal. The ShelfGenie itself, all of that looks gorgeous. The guy who installed it was nice but I think they need to have more installers that has more flexible hours. Now, I have my cabinets in and have thought about possibly getting another coupon from Angie's List if I can do that and use them again. They are pricey.

Very well. Design guidance and installation was perfect. I bought a house with custom cabinets with no pull out drawers and wanted them installed. They came in on schedule and quality was high. They aren't cheap and are, in fact, very expensive but they don't oversell. Very professional. I highly recommend them.id do more if costs were lower. I will purchase more in time.

ShelfGenie is a very impressive product, and the owner of the business was very throrough and professional in explaining all the details and benefits of having these shelves.

We purchased a deal on Angie's List ($199 for $500 of Custom Glide-Out Shelving for Existing Cabinetry) for our kitchen. The trouble was - when the money was deducted from our account, instead of it being $199, they took out $500. I am not sure if this was on the provider's end or a mistake from Angie's List. The whole thing made me feel very nervous, so I cancelled the transaction. Angie's List was very good about refunding the money. I was not sure which rating to give since we did not use them, yet it was not a positive transaction due to the financial issue. So I gave them a "C" for lack of an "N/A" choice for rating.

Work was professionally done. Great result.

Very satisfied. A little pricey, but worth it in the end. We will eventually add other similar kitchen shelves when the budget allows.

It went very well. It took a few weeks for the materials to be prepared. I had more work done than what the big deal offered. I was generally pretty happy with the service but at first they made a few errors and the installers did not seem to know how to cut the edges of the cabinets.

The salesperson was prompt, friendly andknowledgable. It was a very good experience.

George did a great job providing us with an estimate and different options for our space. He was very professional and responsive. The quality of the finished product is very good, but the installer for our project was less than professional when asked to do a few things to protect the surrounding area during the installation process. Would have been a much more enjoyable experience had he simply agreed to do the things we requested. George was very helpful in addressing the situation.

Serena and Neil were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Neil did a really great job installing.

In brief, the installer, one Tim Duren did a very professional job that was both impeccable and most of all precise!! I highly recommend him as the installer of this product!!

Service was first class from start to finish. It began with a designer coming on site to understand what I was looking to accomplish, evaluate current storage configuration and then offering the redesign to maximize storage in my kitchen using Shelf Genie roll out shelving. The designer explained shelving construction along with the options for shelf material - samples were available. She did some preliminary measurements and drew a design model. Once we arrived at a final design and shelf option, she re-measured to determine cost. The next step was a visit from the installer who reviewed the design with me and took final measurements. The shelving was then ordered and I was contacted in about three weeks for installation. Installation took the better part of a day since all shelves are custom-installed to accommodate all the little variances from cabinet to cabinet. Neil was my installer and he was fabulous!! He did a great job with the install. He made sure that all shelves worked perfectly and showed me the ins and outs to remove the shelves. He even patched the holes in my pantry where old shelves were removed and touched up with paint I had available. He cleaned up so well, you would never know anyone had been there with drills ,etc, I had 13 roll out shelves installed in kitchen cabinets and 6 rollout shelves installed in the pantry for a total of about $5,000. While you may be able to find less expensive roll out shelving including DIY from the big box stores, you can't beat the quality of Shelf Genie shelves, design and installation process and workmanship. Each shelf holds up to 100 lbs. They roll out completely so there is easy access to the complete surface area. Most of all, you can't beat the ease of accessing items stored in the bottom shelves of bottom cabinets. I have been enjoying my Shelf Genie shelves for about two months now. This is one of the best investments in my kitchen that I have made. I highly recommend Shelf Genie.

They're wonderful. The guy who came out was fantastic, accurate, it's a wonderful product and I just love it. He was so precise. He made the cabinets fit, he worked well with me, he knew what was in my cabinets and he made suggestions as to how to best utilize the space. No unexpected issues occurred and I spent $2800. It was quite expensive but it was worth it.

I purchased a deal for $500 of shelving for $199. ShelfGenie will not honor this deal and insist that I spend additional money. Their prices are astronomical! They want $863 for 2 18 inch slide-outs with 2 trash cans! not long ago I purchased 2 30 inch slide-outs of better quality for $75$ each.

Neil was great! Professional, punctual, and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

The staff member from Shelf Genie discussed what I wanted in my kitchen cabinets. She then ordered the needed product. A few weeks later, the custom made shelving was professionally installed by Tim. He was prompt in arriving, made sure he knew what I wanted, and was very efficient. This is an expensive product, but I am very happy with it.

Designer was on time and professional. She provided information on the shelf system they offer and ideas for improving our space. We were taken back by the minimum required to purchase on this deal and thought it a bit mispleading. While their product looks top shelf, I think the pricing was much too high for our purposes. When they finally got back to me it wasn't something I could afford to do. They treated me well and explained the situation to me but it just ended up being more than I could afford.

They were very nice and accomadating but deal isn' really what is being offered.

They did a very nice job. They came in to take measurements. It took about 2-3 weeks to build the shelves and then we scheduled the installation. The installation was done in 2 days because of the number of shelves they had to install.

The service went very well. We had someone come in to give an estimate, once we agreed to it the installer came back to re-measure to make sure everything was correct. They put in the order with half the payment down. The order was in within 4-6 weeks. One technician installed the shelving within 2-3 hours. They were great to work with from the start to the finish.

I love it! Of all the money I have ever spent on home improvement this is the most worth while and best spent.
