We liked them a lot. A's for everything across the board. I would use them again. It was $120 for the call. I called them at 8pm on a Tuesday. On Wednesday they were there at like 11am in the morning.

He came out and fixed the door the same day that I called.

The spring broke this morning. I called at 9:30a, and was given a time between 2p-4p same day. They arrived within that time period, and the works was done great. He explained to me that these are the longer-life springs and how to tell the differences. Great work, excellent work ethic. I would highly recommend these folks to do any garage door work and will call again if any work is necessary anytime soon.

R&S came out within 90 minutes of my call. They were fast and professional. Cost seemed high for a 20 minute repair, however they were efficient and got the job done fast.

Called at 1 pm, repair was scheduled for 3 to 5 pm same day. Tomas arrived right at 3, was quite friendly, and made quick work of my garage door repair. Spotted the broken spring immediately. Finished everything in 30 minutes. Final price was $215 after coupon for both springs. Feeling good about the job and thankful to have everything back in working order.

They were prompt, had both springs replaced and adjusted within 20-30 minutes, very clean, fast, professional, courteous, and fairly priced. This is the 2nd time we've selected R & S for garage door service and we will continue to use them.

It went great! Scott was the repairman. He was conscientious - I feel like I got a quality repair at a good value. After the repair, he did additional maintenance for free, i.e., he lubricated all the moving parts of the repaired door and our other door. He took the time to answer all my questions. While he was working he explained everything he was doing. He gave me tips to get the most life out of our garage doors. R & S installed our garage doors and garage door openers 10 years ago, and this is the first repair we have needed. They replaced our spring with a heavier duty spring than what comes with the original equipment.

Experience with R&S Inc Garage Door Sales & Service went very well. I called him, he was there, gave me an assessment of the problem and he said we will need to repair older parts and that his guy would be over the next day and he came the next day and made the garage door as good as new, they did other stuff too. They were very prompt, very courteous, they did beyond what was needed. I think a gear had to be replaced, they have ordered the gear and they also cleaned all the springs and made sure everything was working in order and tested it several times. The only thing was that they were kind of expensive, but sometimes it is worth it for the promptness and the courtesy and the effectiveness. They gave senior discount.

Delius the tech that fixed the door was excellent. He wore gloves the entire time he was there which left the repair clean and neat after completion. He had all the right tools and parts to get the door opening better than before. He is an excellent employee, who provided exceptional service and professionalism.

According to my research on the internet, the price was on the high side of what you can expect to pay to fix springs, which is roughly b/t $150-$200, but still within acceptable range, especially if you consider how horrible the weather was. So far (one week later) the door opens fine and I have no complaints.

I called R & S Inc., Russ scheduled the spring replacement the following day. The ease of making an appointment is excellent. Dalius, an R & S mechanic arrived on time; he was courteous and professional. He installed 2 new garage door springs. Thanks to Dalius our garage door is again working great. I'll rehire R & S Inc. in the future...but...hopefully not in the near future.

Called around 9:00 AM and they said someone would be at my house within an hour and the work would take around 45 minutes. They came within the time frame they said, were very professional. Replaced the broken spring cleaned up and were gone. They were very easy to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Closed the garage and a cable snapped. This did not allow us to move the door at all. Called one of the companies on AL and they stated that they were too busy and would not be able to get to us until next week. Although they were very nice they just did not have time. Called Russ and an he was very responsive. Arrived at our house in about an hour and completed the repair in about 40min. Fixed what was needed without recommending extra work that was not needed. Cleaned up after himself. Was very happy with the experience.

They came out as promised next morning and banged it out quickly. Every one was courteous.
