Repairs done on the afternoon of the day we called. We were told the approximate time the repair work would be done and that is when the repair was started.

Went great. Best looking door in town.

They did an excellent job. They were punctual. They didn't try to sell me a new door. The cost was reasonable.

We called in the afternoon, they came out that same night and gave an estimate. We selected a door and scheduled a date and time for install. They came back out right on time and installed the door without any problems.

The response time was excellent; I called and they came out immediately to take care of the problem. The only thing is that now the garage light goes off when my car comes in the garage instead of going on!

Installer showed up on time, worked quietly and efficiently. Cleaned up afterwards and hauled the old door away. Took the time to show me the details of the work and explained the warranty.

Everything was as promised. Came on time, finished on time, did very nice work.

The owner came in 2 days from when I called him, he arrived early, he knew right away why the door wouldn't work and replaced the gear. He showed me the broken part. He also found 2 sections of the door that were broken and repaired them for free.

R&S rep came right away, and seemed very professional. He looked over the garage door and insisted we get it totally replaced and it would cost $950. He estimated it would cost $750 to replace the panels only. I called another company for another estimate and he fixed the bent pins and panels on the spot for $75. My garage door works fine.

Doors/openers installed two days after agreed cost. One minor complaint was quickly corrected in a few days. Also, the trim had to be replaced and the company recommended a craftsman which did a great job at reasonable price. Overall, R&S provided great customer service.

A spring fell from the door. I called the company and scheduled a visit for the following day which was good for me. He suggested replacing both springs and gave me a lower quote than other businesses I called. He gave me the Angie's List discount without any problems. The contractor came on time and was very polite and quick. He was done in less than half an hour and even installed a used wall keypad instead of my broken one for free.

This company came out quickly to our home and they did a good job the way they said they would do the work, and at the cost they said they would do it.

He arrived promptly and worked quickly. Repair was made and done right.

Prompt, professional, pleasant; had equipment, parts and knowledge to complete job.

Everything went very well. They came out and gave us a written estimate, and installed the door two days later. They were very prompt and professional. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

I called at 7:00 pm Friday and they scheduled for 8-9am Saturday (the next day). They arrived at 8:15am and were done in 20 minutes. It went perfectly and with a 3 year warrenty.

Had the best price and a better warranty than other companies I contacted. I have a 16' x 7' wood overhead door with standard torsion springs. The representative arrived early and completed the job without any problems. The total time from the initial phone inquiry through the job completion took 1 1/2 hours.

One spring broke last night. I phoned for service this morning at 10:15 and was promised service between 2 and 4pm. Technician arrived on time (about 3:45). The repair and check of operations took about 20 minutes.

My experience with them was great. He happened to be in the neighborhood when we called and within a few minutes he was here. He said if it doesn't work out right to give him a call. I would recommend him and would use him again.

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called R&S at 8:15am the following Monday. They said they'd send someone out between 9 and 10am that morning. Scott arrived around 10, and took about 25 minutes to replace both springs and lubricate the door. Very friendly and professional. I also asked him about replacing the door bottom seal. He said he could do it, but it'd cost around $70 plus the cost of the seal, and recommended that I buy the seal and do it myself since it wasn't that difficult. I had R&S replace a broken cable a couple of years ago, and that was also a good experience.

Very professional service. The technician was able to replace the gear at a very short notice especially given the bad weather. Called to inform that he was running 15 minutes late.
