Description of Work: Buyer beware! Prager/ Atlas will not honor damage claims. They had me pay for separate crating of a marble table top--they recommended the crating company. The crate was loaded on the truck and delivered to my new house. when it was uncrated the piece was cracked in half. The foreman said the crate should not have been laid flat on the ground in the garage and that's what caused the damage. Now Prager/ Atlas is blaming the crating company. The movers were there when the piece was crated, they loaded it on the truck, they drove to my new home, they unloaded it, it cracked and now they are denying my claim. DO NOT believe that their "Full Replacement Value" assurance carries any weight at all. I now have a damaged piece as a focal point in my foyer that will cost me to repair or replace.
