Brad promptly returned my phone call and came out the next morning on time. He corrected the problem quickly and was friendly. He was willing to come out again if the problem was not resolved.

Brad responded to my initial call within 2 hours and arranged to come over to review the work. He arrived on time and did an excellent job reviewing the requirements and helping resolve my issues. He arrived on time for the day of the job and explained what he was going to do and was pleasant and professional at all times. I would recommend Brad for your plumbing work.

The provider was just great. He did the work in a professional way and explained everything as he went along. He also took a quick look at some plumbing that I thought might need attention and told me that there was no need to anything right now. He told me the symptoms to look for that would indicate I did need a plumber. I was impressed with his professionalism, interest in his job snd his clear desire to share knowledge. The price was very fair compared to others who had quoted me on the work.

I inquired with Marquise Plumbing and Backflow, for the purpose of checking our RPZ Valve, on Thursday 7/17/14. Promptly, same day, later, Brad responded to my inquiry. He said he could squeeze me in early the next day Friday. Brad did show up as-promised, promptly and on time the next day 8 o'clock a.m. He was polite, personable, and professional. He conducted his service within a short amount of time. I was pleased with Marquise Plumbing and Backflow. I would try Marquise for my plumbing needs should I have some. I would give Marquise 6-stars in all rating categories re my RPZ Backflow experience if I could.

I received Marquise as a referral from my sprinkler company after mentioning the high cost of RPZ inspection. Brad was less than half of what I had been paying previously. He arrived a couple of minutes early and completed the job promptly. He provided all the necessary documentation I needed for filing with the village. Brad was very professional as well as friendly. I will definitely call Marquise when I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Brad was quick to diagnose the problem. it was a bad switch on a 15 year old pump. He gave me some options and I decided to replace the pump along with the bad switch.

The service went very well. They did a pretty good job. He is very responsible.

I called Brad to get estimate for doing the startup and Back flow test .Brad answered the call in a pleasing way and gave me a good price compared to other ppl I called who were more expensive and not in a mood to listen.Brad was near my place,so he asked if he can come over and fix my issue right away, which made me more happy.Brad came to my place and explained to me in a detail in a friendly way and got my issue resolved.Would love to call him back,if I had any issue with plumbing in future.

In addition to moving the original spigot to a different side of the house, he added another line for water access on the opposite side of the house. We hadn't considered that an option until Brad mentioned it to us -- and are we glad we took his advice! The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the area was tidied up nicely when finished. Brad arrived with his assistant promptly at our arranged time, he performed the tests and certifications for all 4 homes, one required some additional service which he performed on site at a very reasonable price, all homeowners were very pleased with the services performed and the extra time Brad had taken to explain the system and how it works, as we had some new homeowners, so this was very helpful. I would definitely use this company again with any plumping issues, friendly and professional.

JustMy son clogged the toliet by putting a whole roll (maybe 2) of toliet paper in the toliet. We tried the plunger, unfortunately it didn't work. We called several plumbers in the area and no one answered. Then we got a call from Marquise Plumbing. He told us what time he would be able to come out and we agreed. He came on time and was very polite and professional. He unclogged the toliet and checked other things in the house that we had asked. He did such a great job that we are going to hire him for future projects. I also referred him to friends and family. Great job and service! Fast response, did the job accordingly and went above and beyond our expectations!

Brad Ball was fantastic! I called him because I had spoken with him when we needed our backflow check, but had already scheduled someone else who I had happened to speak with first. Brad was so polite and friendly on the phone that I had kept his contact info for future plumbing issues. Recently, my husband and I had installed a new kitchen faucet which was not working well, and we had a leak in the faucet in the laundry room. I called Brad thinking he could repair the leak, but found out we needed a new faucet. Brad checked our kitchen faucet also and said it was defective. He didn't charge us anything for the first visit since I wanted him to install the new faucets we needed. We set the appt. and he also shared good brand ideas for replacements. I picked up replacements which he installed for only $150.00 ($75 each). I was even able to return the defective faucet since it was only a month old and Brad took care in taking it apart. Brad was so very helpful and was in and out in about an hour ( My husband and I took 3 hours to install just the one defective kitchen faucet). It was so wonderful not to have to pay for the initial visit since nothing had been able to be fixed, but to know that the situation would be handled on the next visit and to know the price up front. I will definitely recommend Marquise Plumbing to all of my friends and will use them for all future needs, including backflow testing.
