It went great. Showed up early for the job, did everything very professionally and in less time than they quoted. Cleaned everything up, and left the house in better shape than when they came in.

They were excellent. The people they sent out were out were fabulous. I decided to use them because they said they would send out 2 painters instead of just one and they were done in 2 days. They stayed late the second day just to get the job done. I had some touch ups that I need done a few months after they first came out and they came out for that no problem. I've gotten lots of compliments on how nice the paint looks. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I called JALAPENO on Friday to ask for an estimate to be done over the weekend. They already had all appointments filled but were able to squeeze us in for an hour. Bruce was the estimator. He arrived on time and very professional. He took his time to understand what needs to be done and measured the rooms. He explained the proposed estimate and how / what they will perform. He was very easy to talk to and answered all the questions my husband and I had. The estimated wait time for the job was about 2 weeks; however, due to the weather, several exterior jobs were delayed to other days so Bruce called and see if we would like to have it done on Wednesday. We agreed on the spot and he had the crew leader contacted us to schedule a time to go over the logistic. He also called the store where we will go select the paint to make sure they know we are coming and set aside the paints for the crew to pick up on the day of the job. On the day of the job, they had 3 painter (including the crew leader) and done the job in 8 hours. All of them were very professional. They came and walk through the area to make sure where the holes should be patched. They covered all our furniture and also put up a partition between the room being painted and the adjacent room. They took the time to mask everything, which we really appreciated. After they were done, the crew leader walked through the room with us to make sure we are satisfied. It was a job well done. They even offered to clean up and vacuum. Both my husband and I have nothing but great experience with guys from Jalapeno and will definitely use them again and recommend to our friends.

Tom came out to take a look at the bedroom and give us a quote. He was very nice, personable, and professional. Their price was very competitive; especially considering there were two painters and they were done in one day (compared to my other quote with one painter and 2-3 days work). The guys that came out to paint the room were also very nice and professional. They arrived on time. We painted the whole room and the closet. One wall had two different colors on it and we had them paint a big yellow "sun" around where the light would go. They did an excellent job. Everything looks wonderful and the circle for the sun is very impressive. VERY smooth lines! We ran into an issue where there was not enough paint for the ceiling and closet walls. The quote included only one quote for those two areas and it turned out that it needed two. JPW worked with us to solve the problem to our satisfaction. I was especially impressed and please with the fact that not only did they put down a heavy duty drop cloth in the bedroom but also in the hallway and all the way down the stairs. I was very pleased with everyone and with the work that was done. We have several more rooms in the house that need painting and we will definitely call JPW again.

The whole job was handled professionally from estimate to completion. One of the owners provided the estimate, it was very thorough and he answered all our questions. They had a walk though before starting the job. This was helpful in being able to meet the crew leader as well as going over the job before they started the job. The painters were very skilled, punctual, neat and professional. The job was completed on schedule and on budget without any surprises. I have already recommended Jalapeno Painting to family and neighbors. If we need more painting we will definetly use Jalapeno Painting again.

I liked dealing with the owner and that they provided an interior designer to help us pick out the colors. She then gave Tom the colors we chose and he painted the ones we picked. They were very neat and kept their work area clean. We only had one problem where part of the trim and the wall in the bathroom needed redone and they came back and did the work without any problems.

Tom came a couple times to visit during the process to check in and see how things were going. The job took a bit longer but due to some of the crew being sick. They did a good job and we would use them again.

They stay in touch via email and special offers and if we decide to go forward with the project, we would more than likely use them.

JPW was very accommodating to my needs, as far as scheduling was concerned, and the crew they sent was top rate--very cordial and professional. I appreciated the extra visit by the actual crew chief the day before the job to see what the job requirements were. It allowed them to be prepared to jump right into work the next day. The crew was very neat and FAST, and were are VERY pleased with the results, which are better than we ever could have hoped for, or done ourselves. The estimate was fair and right on the money, so to speak. It wasn't the most inexpensive quote we got, but the quality of the work and professionalism of this company was worth every penny. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others in the future.

They were very nice. They were very professional and they gave me the estimate that had a break down of all the prices. They had a great, professional team. There were people who had been with the company for years and also followed up on the job that they had done. The only reason why I didn?t end up using them was I wanted to get some specialized painting done and I didn?t think that it was their specialty. So, I ended up using someone else. However, I will use this company again in the future.

They gave me a call back 30 minutes later and told me I should call a local painter to do the job for me. They chose not to bid on the job. I'm really unclear as to why and it certainly wasn't what I expected from a highly rated company on this list. I felt the representative of the company was very negative and unintersted from the time they arrived. It was very disappointing. The owner that I'd spoken with previously left me with a much more positive feeling. That is not what I received face to face.

Tom came out the day after I called him to provide an estimate. He was flexible and met me in the evening to accommodate my schedule. He took his time and explaining to me how Jalapeno prepares for painting and provided a comprehensive, itemized estimate. He also explained the paint he recommends for different uses and why. We took advantage of the JalapenoNow program. Tony came out a few weeks later and did a beautiful job patching some pretty beat up risers and stringers on our 2nd story stairs. The accent wall in the family came out wonderful and we plan to finish the rest of the room using Jalapeno. Finding reliable painting contractors has been quite a struggle for us over the years but I believe we have definitely found them in Jalapeno. Highly recommend!!!

Great guys and was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of all of the workers. Jalapeno was able to schedule us on relatively short notice and sent out the leader the night prior to beginning the work to make sure we were in agreement with all of the work that would be completed. I was very happy with the work after they completed, but my only complaint is that now that it has been a couple weeks, I am noticing some spots where the drywall repair work could have been done better... a place or two where they forgot to sand and a couple hole repairs that are noticable because the area isn't flush with the rest of the wall. Are these things that someone else will come in and notice? Not likely, but since we are in the areas all the time, I have noticed these things. Other than potentially rushing some of the drywall repair, I am happy with Jalapeno and would recommend them. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive and I am happy with the price we paid.

They did a very good job, I would recommend them highly. They are very meticulous, neat, punctual. There were a few minor details they missed, but they came back within a day to complete them. They did another room for us, and we plan to contact them again. I've used many painters and they are by far the best.

Everything was excellent. They did it all very quickly and they were quite neat. They did a great job. The prices were very fair, and we would use them again.

It was great. We were very happy with them and plan to use them again in the spring.

I ended up going with another company because they were more expensive. They were professional to deal with, however.

The job was done in a very professional manner, from estimate to completion. The owner visited for an estimate with a detailed contract signed before the job was scheduled. Scheduling was quick and easy. A crew leader comes the day before work begins to look at the job and confirm paint color and start time. Workers were on time, polite, and as nonintrusive to my home life as possible. They were VERY careful to use a lot of coverings to protect my home from paint drips and splatter. They did a very nice job, and I am not someone who is easily pleased.

I contacted Jalapeno Paint Werx, because they came highly recommended by a friend who had hired them in the past. Tom came out and gave me an estimate for the removal of wallpaper and painting of three rooms. The estimate for the work was in line with the estimate I received from the general contractor that I eventually ended up hiring. In hindsight, I regret not hiring Jalapeno Paint Werx. They were available to do the work a little sooner than my contractor. They also work in two-person teams, so they work pretty quickly. My contractor ended up taking five days to do the work, whereas Jalapeno Paint Werx would most likely have had the job done in three days. This was a big deal to me because I had to take my toddler and infant out of the house for several hours everyday that work was done. I was also very impressed by the fact that every time I called, someone answered the phone right away.

During a home expo we attended, we stopped by their booth and spoke briefly with the representative manning the booth. He was very nice and did not have any "hard sell" mannerisms. Just one of those very likeable people. We called this company and left a message on a Saturday and received a return call the following Monday. Tom Reber came to our home on a timely basis, looked at the job we wanted done and e-mailed the bid the following day. The next day we faxed our signed acceptance. They called 2 days after with a date to perform the job, which was within a week of sending our acceptance. The painting, prepping, etc. was terrific. The crew of 3 men were very knowledgeable and professional. The walls had 2 coats of paint applied. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and definitely plan on using them again!
