This company is like a last minute request and when they come in, they painted the whole inside of my house, they were very professional, covered and protected everything. They did an absolute wonderful job. The site manager came, out, gave us an estimate and reviewed the job his painters did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They did such a great job. I already recommend them to someone else actually.

Terrible, Jalapeno painted our entire house we had built 11 years ago, we have always used them for the majority of our painting needs. They just stained our 2 pergolas as well as our pool deck three years ago. They have always done excellent work. Last month I called Bruce to quote me on resanding and repainting a new bookshelf we had built. I had also told him we would need to get a quote on a new pergola we were having built for us. On 3/21 he texted me and told me he would be glad to take a look and see how they can help. He stopped by on 3/26 and told me he would get back to me. He called me with a quote on both and I told him to put us on the schedule. On 4/23 I texted him and asked him to send us quote with the pricing we talked about. He responded by text that night saying "thanks for inviting the bid, however they didn't want to take on either project." He has refused to tell us his reasoning behind his decision. Now after waiting over a month we have to find a new painter. We have done thousands of dollars in business with this company over the past 11 years. How can they just coldly tell you through a text they don't want your business? Looks like they have done this to others also. If you advertise painting/staining how do back out of a job? I realize that Bruce is the owner of this company but does he know the meaning of "returning customer". Jalapeno does an excellent job, they have excellent workers, but I don't think you can ever get to the point to forget your original paying customers.

I scheduled them about 2 weeks ahead of time, and expressed the need to start painting on a specific day ahead of our move. The day before our scheduled meeting, they cancelled and told me they couldn't fit us in. Very disappointing.

Very happy with Martine and his crew that did the work. Arrived when they said they would and worked hard all day. Covered everything and cleaned up at the end of the job!

Jalapeno made the whole process rather painless. Bruce showed up, asked me what I wanted to do, he then measured the rooms and went over all the minute details from trim to windows etc. Bruce could see I need help with colors so after committing he set up a meeting with Heather (the designer). After we picked colors and gave the go ahead, Gerado and his team arrived on the scheduled date. They got to work, did a really fantastic job and got the work done in short order. They were professional throughout. No slack just straight work. It took 2 days and they were out about 3 pm on the second day. The painting is awesome, I love how my place looks and I will use them again when I paint my downstairs.

On-time, every crew member very careful and meticulous, every crew member more than polite and friendly. Crew chief Martin was superb and worked even harder than his crew.

Estimator came to give me an estimate and when I told him I am getting a couple of other estimates as well and will decide which one I will choose he got upset, he said he did not want to waste my time giving an estimate and left. I could tell this is one company that does not want to work for your business.

Work done in 6 days and went as scheduled. The whole team was professional. Having a free paint color consultation was a lifesaver. Team was willing to work around my "early" schedule having start time 6:30- 7:30am. Clean-up was great. I would highly recommend this fantastic team.

A few weeks later, things took an unexpected turn, and I decided to accept an offer to sell the house. I ended up not having the job done. If I need work done in my future home, without a doubt, I will use Jalapeno.

Highly recommend. The owner came through for the initial estimate, and he was very thorough with his explanations, recommendations, and his written estimate was detailed and covered everything included. We chose paint colors & the day before the job was scheduled, the foreman came to the house to confirm the colors, where they were going, and make sure the had everything they needed for the next day. We have a great deal of trim and woodwork in our living room, and they did a fantastic job with detailed work. They finished on time and the room was completely cleaned up for the final walk through. Great experience and will absolutely use them again in the future.

This is the second time in a year that we use Jalapeno for painting in our home. Martin arrived promptly as scheduled and got right to work. He completed the job in one day. The area around the skylight and the walls are smooth, all edges are perfectly clean, and the whole paint job was meticulous. Our bathroom looks wonderful. We appreciate Jalapeno's professionalism. They really understand their business and are committed to customer satisfaction.

Well I could type forever, but I will keep it short. They exceed expectations, Nathan and his crew are on time, respectful to our home, neat and just darn good at their profession.. We are going to use them again for our basement upcoming months

This is the third time Jalalpeno Paint Werks has done work for me. As usual, everything was absolultely perfect! They have done both interior and exterior work for me and all 3 jobs had their challenges. I highly recommend Jalapeno Paint Werks. They are professional, prepared, and do excellent work.

They did a number of tasks throughout our house taking about a week to complete. They were thoroughly professional throughout the job. The quality of their work was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them, which we did, to a realtor we know. The quality of their communication to us was excellent at all times.

Before painting could be started, the living and dining rooms had crown molding installed and painted by Philip Johnson. He was referred to us by Jalapeno Painting and did a wonderful job. After that was done the rooms to be painted were cleared of as much furniture as possible and the foreman and his crew moved the larger pieces to the middle. The painting took 4 days. Gerardo and his crew are very professional, always on time, asked questions when needed. When the painting was completed, Gerardo took us through all the rooms to show us the completed work and asked if we had any questions. We are very pleased with the work that was done and will be contacting them for any future painting jobs.

They were superior. Fairly priced, prompt, and professional. I've never had this good of an experience with a contractor.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Jalapeno. The team of painters, led by Jose, arrived promptly as scheduled every day. They were hard working, personable, and clearly wanting to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. The original proposal was for a smaller scope of work, but my husband and I kept adding to the list as the work progressed. We had many deteriorated window sashes and sills throughout the house. We consulted with Jose, who is extremely knowledgeable about surfaces and treatments, and gave him the go ahead to sand down the affected areas and re-stain them. Our windows now look amazing. We had mildewed areas on our deck and front porch to which a mildewcide was applied, they were then powerwashed, sanded, a mold-killing primer was applied and then they were painted. The deck and front porch look like new again. The same attention to detail was given to every thing this team did in our house. Jalapeno exemplifies true professionalism and we would definitely hire them again for any future work.

We hired Jalapeno to paint the interior of our entire house, walls only no ceiling. Bruce was terrific to work with, his estimate was exactly what I expected. They are a real professional company. The guy who came out was real nice and not pushy. They did a good job and they arrived on time and did what they were supposed to do. They addressed my concerns.
