We were pleased. I think we would probably use them again. They were punctual. They did a lovely job and I thought they were fair with their price.

Overall the painters did a great job. I felt the price was a little on the high side but we didn't want to try to paint the room ourselves due to our high angled ceilings. The communication with the estimate person could have been better. We received a quote and when I asked for clarification, it took them a while to get back to me.

Jalapeno Paint Werx went above and beyond my expectations! They were very professional and neat. I had some last minute changes, and they were able to do the work with no hesitation. They discussed my paint finish options to make sure it would hold up to two children, their friends and our dog. When it came to staining our new stairway, Bruce (owner) did not try to do something he was unsure about. He referred me to a stair finishing contractor. The contractor did a beautiful job on the maple stairs. Being a new, custom stairway, I was very pleased that he passed to work on to some one who specialized in staining stairs instead of trying to so the work themselves. I have referred Jalapeno to my neighbors and clients who are looking for a professional and honest painting contractor.

From my first contact to Jalapeno Paint Werx to the final paint stroke and clean up I am very pleased. I have used this company in the past as have family members, and we will continue to do so in the future. Particularly Martin (sp) was absolutely fantastic. A+ company. Bruce the owner came out and was very accurate with his bid. Little higher than other bids I got but you definitely get what you pay for. Jose was the crew leader and he and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived to work on time or early every day and cleaned up after themselves in a very professional manner. They have excellent attention to detail and went out of their way to make sure everything looked great when finished. Any questions I had were addressed right away and always in a satisfactory manner. These guys are true professionals at what they do and their work shows it. The last day we did a complete walk thru and they did not leave until every touch up was completed. We are so happy with their work and would 100% hire them again if needed. Worth every penny.

Estimate was quick and forthright. Painters were highly professional, clean and communicative. Work performed was at a superlative level.

This is a tier 1 organization. From the first email which was prompt, courteous and timely to their last employee leaving the property it was a professional operation. They were not the lowest bid I requested but I was impressed from the first meeting at point of sale and almost immediately knew they were going to be my choice. The experience was very satisfying as a consumer and it is clear why they have all the "A" reviews they do. I will use this company again in a heart beat and recommend them to any one needing these services. They have it all catchy name, personable ,knowledgeable & professional personal at every step of the project. The sales people, crew leader ,worker bees all know their stuff. They even have a "color consultant" that will work with you(for free) and in our case that payed huge dividends as her outside the box thinking when it came to color choice steered us in a completely different direction and was spot on !! While the ultimate job of painting and drywall repair that was completed was great, the process to get there was fraught with problems. On the first day of the job, the head painter tells me that since the company is short handed, most of the guys who had been originally scheduled to start our job were still finishing up a job in Naperville, and he (the head painter) would be the only guy at my house and he would do what he could by himself, until the other guys were finished. I had my house torn apart, furniture moved all over the place, TV disconnected and family that went out of town to be out of the way of this job. All for nothing since the young man could only do so much by himself. The original estimate of 3 days for the job turned into at least a week before all the assigned workers were able to make it to my house for my job. I made my displeasure known to the head painter and he did forward my feelings to the owner of the company, who did call me to apologize for the troubles we were having. I told him I just wished I didn't feel like my job was a second rate job, not important enough for his company to bother with or once they realized the staffing problems they were having that someone would have called me to give me the option of proceeding as we did or reschedule the job (it was NOT an emergency by any means) and he agreed that they kind of dropped the ball on this job and did offer an apology. So yes I am ultimately happy with the completed work, I was not happy at all with how we got there. I am an extremely patient person, and I do understand that "stuff happens" in business so I am really not sure if I would use this company again in the future or not?

Work was completed on time as proposed, to great quality, and with great resposiveness to client's wants.

They were wonderful. I mean the people that came out to do the work, were very respectful, very nice and clean in their work; and they explained everything very well, so I would definitely recommend them to others.

We have used Jalapeno PaintWerx before, so we had very high expectations of their work. They came in to paint our family room, which included the walls, trims and new built-ins that had just been installed. They did the work in two parts - first they spray-painted the built-ins and trim, then they hand-painted the walls and baseboards. They were careful to ensure that the house was protected during the spray-painting by sealing off the room and covering all of the carpet and other furniture in the room. The painted surfaces were of a very high-quality and consistent finish. When the job was completed, there was no spilled paint or missed areas and the job site was very clean. Note - the cost above includes the cost of the paint materials, as well as the labor and services. We highly recommend Jalapeno for any painting needs, as they take great care of the house and always do an excellent job!

Bruce visited us and gave us an estimate that was close to other companies. What sold us on using Jalapeno was the explanation of the work to be done as well as what they do in preparation. The work was scheduled two days after the visit by Bruce. Our painter was Jose who did a great job. His prep work prevented much of the dust to be confined to the area where the drywall repair took place. You can't tell that there was work done on the ceiling. Jose also did a wonderful job painting. Very professional and very polite. After the work was completed, Jose cleaned up the area. We are extremely pleased with Jalapeno. I would use them again without reservation.

We have nothing but praise for Jalapeno Paint Werx. While their bids may not have been the lowest of all the different services we solicited, I can say they truly surpassed our expectations. They were able to fit both projects into their schedules at the times we needed to fit our construction and moving schedules. The crew was fantastic, the work was outstanding. Both houses look great. We would highly recommend Jalapeno and will definitely use them again in the future.

I asked them to come out for a quote for the kitchen, hallways, and foyer with vaulted ceiling. They price was competive with other bids but their professionalism was key.

I called the Jalapeno Paint werx and scheduled an appointment to paint the ceiling in our long family/kitchen room. They came to our house on time and estimated the price to be $1156. I was really shocked. But then I called other service providers from Angie's list and they gave me a better quote of $250. I didn't hire them due to higher quoted prices.

They did an excellent job. We were very pleased. Clean, prompt and quality work. They returned all calls within 24 hours and answered anything we asked. The work was done in a timely manner and met all expectations. If you need help with paint colors they provide a designer free of charge. The team from beginning to end was exceptional. We are very happy with their work and would have them do our next project.

We had the provider quote the job and when we made the decision to use them we informed the owner that we need the job done by mid Sept. A day later the owner called and said he had someone cancel and they could do the job the next day. We took him up on the offer. Gerado showed up the next day on time. He was courteous, professional and new his business. He represented .Jalapeno Paint Werx very well. We pointed out some work that needed to be done on the window and he indicated that would be extra. We were fine with that and the extra was mostly for the paint and the caulking that needed to be done. It was a fair amount and was handled on the spot. He did all this work in about 7 hours. He should us pictures of some things he had to deal with after priming the walls initially and he had to do more work to hide the marks on the wall. When he was done you could not see the marks. Gerado did a great job and the company was professional to deal with. We would use them again.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were punctual and courteous and they did an excellent job of protecting my belongings.

Damien was very patient and hard working. He had helpers who knew less about painting than he did,. We have had to fix one window that was not installed back in place, but that is all. We have had many many compliments on the work done.

After waiting 10 days, he mentioned in email he couldn't do the plaster work...which was part of the whole job scope. He told us to get a Professional Plasterer. Wow, thanks.

Fantastic. The guys from Jalapeno are absolutely first rate - they were friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. These guys are absolutely saved in our call list for any redecorating activities.

They were very professional. The came out and did a thorough evaluation and estimate. I thought it was a pretty fair estimate, we just had a better one before. They were prompt and knew what they were doing.

It went well they scraped and painted the same day.
