Description of Work: My furnace suddenly stopped working during a bitter cold spell in early March 2013. Dutchman came out to my house promptly and was able to fix the problem and get my furnace working in one trip. The price was not the lowest, but I thought it was fair given the fact that my furnace is still working fine a year later. They were very professional and courteous, and I would use them again.

Work completed on date promised except for a balky sensor related to the humidifier. This was not a crucial item at the time and was rectified within two days.
Description of Work: Replaced furnace and air conditioning systems with high efficiency units. Included new whole house humidifier and new thermostat. Provided all paperwork needed to file for utility company rebates.

The owner was not as present as I expected in the course of the installation but we have been satisfied with the purchase and the service over the years.

John was very prompt as he was also this summer with our AC. Covered shoes, friendly, got right to work, a bit of small talk as he would go to the van for vacuum etc. Finished up by giving me his review and discussing their service plan.
Description of Work: Furnace cleaned and inspected. Service plan of 270.00 for 3 cleanings (2 in 2013) for 90.00 per cleaning.

Dutchman Heating & Cooling had the most attractive quote. They replaced the air conditioning system in the house. They were prompt in coming out to give an estimate and in completing the project in the allotted time. They work was very satisfactory.

They stood behind their work and followed through on their commitments. They were not cheap, but they were not overly expensive either. They were very punctual and very professional. I would use them again and I would recommend them to a friend.

I received an estimate for the furnace installation on 9/29/10. The furnace was installed on 10/04/10 by very professional installers. I received all instructions for the furnace operation including when and how to install the filters they provided and operation of the very complete thermostat. The furnace worked beautifully all winter long...we especially appreciated it during the blizzard! I appreciated the help in filing for a New Furnace tax deduction

I called them on Tuesday, August 4 2009, to see what needed to be done because our conditioner was not cooling the house. An employee checked the conditioner on Wednesday and carefully explained the problem. Since our conditioner dated from 1968!!!, we decided to have a new one installed. The company owner came on Thursday morning and went over his suggestion for a replacement. We were concerned about the coming week-end forecast of 90+ degree weather and he was able to get the equipment for an installation that afternoon! The workers came at 1:30 and the new conditioner was installed and working at 5:30.
Description of Work: They replaced our very old home air conditioner with a new American Standard air conditioner using the latest recommended coolant. We have a 10 year parts and labor warranty

Great. Mike arrived on time and was clean and thorough. We have a 21 year old furnace and while a new furnace was suggested, Mike never tried to hard sell me on a new unit on the spot. I was very pleased with his professionalism and will definitely ask him back to provide a quote on a new HVAC system for our home.
