Very well and I was very satisfied with the results.

He did a test to make sure the fabric would not shrink or that the colors would run. There were also some stubborn stains that he was able to get out. He protected the wood floor and covered the door opening where the hoses came in from the truck. All was done to my satisfaction.

Joe did a thorough job. Took special care of all stains & spots. Cleaned, deodorized, & protected carpet. Have used his services for over 10 years, now. Left booties for us to wear. Total self contained system that left no mess.

I have very old beige carpeting and it was very stained and has very worn footpaths. He did an amazing job. The carpet looks better than ever. He was great to work with - I had out of town company coming and wanted the rugs cleaned before they arrived and he worked with me to make that happen ! Joe cleaned all of the carpet in my home: Family room, stairs, 2nd floor hallway, and four bedrooms (a total of 1017 sq ft plus 14 steps). We did not ask him to move any furniture - we moved everything that we could, and asked him to clean around the rest (which was really just the beds). I had provided him the measurements over the phone when i booked the service, and he quoted me a price based on those measurements. When he arrived to clean the carpets, he measured the space himself, and it ended up being cheaper! (and there was a discount for Angie's List) He arrived during the quoted timeframe. I'm too embarrassed to admit how long it had been since the carpets had been cleaned, so let just say "years". During those years, I had a very large Old English Sheepdog, who managed to leave a couple of awful stains on the carpet, as well as a lot of hair. I thought that I was vacuuming it up, but apparently not. Joe did a wonderful job with my awful carpet. I no longer see any stains at all, and the poor man managed to get the dog hair out of the carpet. I would definitely hire him again, and recommend him highly.

We contacted Clean It Rite to clean the upholstery on two old sofas and chairs. Chairs in particular had some old stains that were very noticeable. We had tried cleaning them before and the stains always came back. Joe did a magnificent job removing the stains. Its been a week and the chairs almost look like new. The sofas also turned out great after being cleaned looking brighter and smelling fresh.

The service was excellent, one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. Our carpeting is about 12 years old, and we've had it cleaned a couple of times. Joe worked hard, got up many stains, and shampooed twice to get it as clean as possible. I wasn't expecting any miracles, but he came pretty close. The next time I get any carpeting cleaned, I will not hesitate to give them a call and will know that the service will be top notch. Highly recommended!

I can't stress enough how good this company is. I've used those coupon places which do a room for 99 bucks but the stains always came back. Waste of money. I was ready to rip up my carpet and put down some kind of tile or hardwood floor in our basement. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and a 4 year old daughter that have stained this light beige carpet to the point where I though it was too far gone. Joe (he's the only one in the company right now) came out and practically made this thing look brand new again. He also did the carpeted stairs and the dirt seemed ground in from people wearing their shoes down there (me included) Joe literally saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in replacement costs. Now, to keep it looking this good he said to have him come back and do it again in 6 months. I have it on my calendar to call him in May. Thanks Joe!

Joe did a fantastic job on the carpets in our house. We have older carpets that we haven't cleaned in years that had begun to look pretty sorry. I received a reasonable quote over the phone with the understanding that the price would be finalized once he arrived at our house and took some measurements. After the measurements our bill wound up being $40.00 lower than the initial quote. Joe was very professional taking time to review and explain everything with us. He also took extra care on the tough spots and stains in our carpets. When Joe was finished our carpets look better than we thought they would. Overall, Joe exceeded our expectation and we will be hiring his services again!

Joe did an incredible job! He promptly returned calls and showed up on time. He was very professional, friendly, and honest. It happened to be snowing when he was here and he made sure all the other floors stayed clean. The carpet in one of the rooms had many stains from years of use. I would have been happy just knowing the carpet was professionally cleaned, but Joe went the extra mile and got all of the stains out. The carpet looks great and I now have a lot more life left in the carpet than I thought I did. I would definitely use Clean It Rite again and would highly recommend their services.

First, Joe returned my call within minutes of my leaving a message (the other two carpet cleaning companies I contacted from Angie's List never did call me back, more than a week later). His price seemed fair, I received a $30 Angie's List discount, and we scheduled the appointment. Joe arrived a few minutes early, which was great, measured the rooms, talked a bit about his process, and went to work. The carpet looks brighter, feels clean, and he removed some tough stains which I didn't think could be done. Because there were high traffic areas that needed to be cleaned twice, the drying process took longer (24 hours total). All in all, an excellent experience.

WOW! Joe was fantastic!! He was friendly, professional, on time and even squeezed me into his busy schedule. He did an awesome job as well. He took his time with the cleaning, explained things and gave me some good tips. The price was good too! I will be using him again and you should too!!

Joe, the owner, was very professional, and preformed all of the services completely, thoroughly, and as he represented he would do. He was punctual, his work was meticulous, and he took extra effort to remove all stains (including a paint stain) and soil from the carpet. After finishing the carpet looked like new, and we were very satisfied with his work. He was very careful when moving furniture, and after cleaning put everything back in it's proper place. Joe was flexible with his scheduling and arrived promptly. I feel we got a good price for the service provided; I called to obtain estimates from several different service providers and his price was very reasonable and in the middle of the pack. I liked the fact that he does all of the work himself, as he clearly takes pride in what he does. The carpet looked wonderful once he finished! Though, full disclosure, this was our first time using a professional carpet cleaner. We had always rented a machine and done it ourselves in the past. Safe to say we won't be doing that any more and we plan to use Joe again for future carpet cleanings.

I spoke with about 5 different carpet cleaners and Joe offered a competitive price with no "that depends" on what it looks like. I gave him an estimate of square feet and stairs and he quoted around $300. When Joe showed up (on time) and measured what I needed done he said it would only be $260! My carpet had never been cleaned and I was selling my place, so I needed it to look good. Joe did a great job, all stains and high traffic areas came out looking good, almost like new. Joe was punctual and extremely polite and friendly. He told me everything he was doing as he was doing it to make sure that I understood what he was doing and that there was no confusion whatsoever along the way. I asked him if he could clean rugs and although he could not he had the name of a great company who could readily available. He worked extremely hard and even insisted that I looked at the work he did before I paid to make sure I was satisfied. He did a very thorough job, and I would very much recommend him.

Cle an it Rite did an excellent job! I have used other carpet cleaners in the past only to have stubborn spots return as soon as the carpet dries. Joe spends a great deal of time making sure the job is well. Also, I really like the fact that Joe is the owner and does the work himself. I have recommended Clean it rite to neighbors and they have had him back.
