Description of Work: Joe did an excellent job. He cleaned the basement carpet, got out ALL of the stains (and it was in pretty bad shape). It looks brand new. We are so happy we didn't decide to replace the carpet. We are very happy with the job that he did and will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Joe returned to clean our carpets, something we have done annually. It's really paid off as our cream colored carpets still look great after 16 years. Joe does a fantastic job! I sometimes spot clean in between his annual cleaning. But really, his work has kept our carpets looking so good that they still don't need to be replaced.

+ -1 moreThey are the only carpet cleaners that I will use. Joe is very good about getting spots up and works hard. Joe is the owner and does the work, so that is nice. He knows that he has to do a good job to get me as a returning customer, and he cares about his work. I will definitely continue to use him in the future and have already recommended him to others.
