Description of Work: I needed replacement parts for my toilet. They charged me $400.00 and put in crappy parts, and I'm still having problems with it. I will NEVER use them again!

Description of Work: We used Aquatech for our annual RPZ valve inspection for the underground sprinklers. Professional and on time. Will use them again.

Description of Work: I used Aquatech to repair the shower control in my hall bath. They came within two hours of my call, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes, repaired the issue in 15 more. My only "complaint" was the price - $380. But for the peace of mind of having the problem fixed (and my water back on) in 30 minutes, it was worth it.

Description of Work: Cleared out the stopped drain and installed a new disposal since it seemed that my present one was leaking. Excellent, friendly plumber who explained everything. The only thing is it seemed a bit pricey for me. But, again, I hadn't used a plumber in a very long time.

Description of Work: Replace bathroom faucet screen. Service was quick and done to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Provider did nothing. I called because they showed evening and weekend hours. They stated no additional charge for evenings or weekends. When I called I was advised that there would be a $60 call charge, but $30 of that would be applied to the work if I had them do the work. When I advise what was listed on their website, I was told I work for them, I guess we need to update the site. The correct, and professional thing to do would have been to waive this fee as this is what their website stated. Needless to say I did not hired them, and would not recommend them.

Description of Work: I needed someone to change out a shower faucet cartridge. The tech needed to cut a hole into the wall from laundry room to get to the valve that he was unable to get off from inside the shower. It could have been much worse but he was very careful not to damage any ceramic tile in the shower. He cleaned up and replaced the whole shower valve and shower head. It no longer leaks, I have some drywall repair in the laundry room but that is minor.

Description of Work: My sump pump switch was defective. The pump would not shut off. Aquatech recommended replacing the 7 year old sump pump, which I agreed was the right decision given the age of the pump. They came out the same day, but three hours later than promised. They call to say the job before mine was running longer and they would be late. I appreciated that they called and I was Ok with the delay.

Description of Work: Unclogged toilet. Full of disposable flushable Charmin wipes that turned out being not flushable wipes after all. Very upset with Charmin.

Description of Work: I called them to fix my hot water heater because their ad said 24/7. Concern on their part over not having the right parts in stock caused me to wait two days for service. After 15 minutes and $197, the hot water heater was working. It worked for a day and broke down again. I took off work and called them again thinking they would be able to fix it quickly (24/7, right?). First, no one was answering the phone, later I got a call back with the news that the two plumbers were busy on big jobs and may not be able to do my repair that day. With the promise of a credit toward the work, I set up a time for the next morning. Aqua Tech called in the afternoon stating that they could send someone, which they did. After going out to buy a part, my hot water heater was fixed and is still working. Three of the four people at Aqua Tech that I spoke to were very friendly. The exception would be the first tech that came out. He basically only talked about how much the costs might be and frankly, offering to reduce the standard fee after being at my house for only 15 minutes would have gone a long way toward securing a repeat customer.

Description of Work: We realized about 4pm that we had an ejector pump failure. Called Aqua Tech at 5pm, had some one here by 6:45 pm on a Saturday night. Matt was professional, courteous and and appeared to be experienced. He gave us estimates for replacing the switch vs. replacing the pump. He took the Angie's list $55 coupon (thank you!) with no problem. By 8pm it was all fixed! The price may have been a little high, but the responsiveness and timing was worth it!
