Al has been cleaning our rugs for many years--The manner in which he conducts himself is gracious and professional. Al personally is generous with his knowledge and always ready to respond to my concerns. He is "wise" in the way of carpet stains and absolutely ruthless in eliminating them. Big talker..very cheap price. When he arrived, he entered with only a bag of cleaners, a scrub brush, paint tray to put solvent into and a regular rug shampooer.. no large equipment, as I have usually seen. The spots were minimally lightened.. but with a price quoted as only $125 for two rooms and a hallway, what could I expect? I added a couch and chair to be cleaned also and total price was $200. Couch and chair appear to be cleaned. He quoted double treatment, sanitizing, deodorizing, stain guarding, pre-spotted conditioner, naplifting conditioner, degreaser.. in a high-pitched tone like a announcer at a circus. He appeared to be working hard with his limited equipment, but we were not impressed in the end. I should have paid more and gone with Stanley Steamer, for example, lesson learned, cheaper is not better.

He basically did not use the technique to clan carpets, he did not vacuum before cleaning the carpet. Essentially, he just put foam on the carpet and moves dirt around but never vacuum it from the carpet, so the carpet stays as dirty as when he started.

Good work on time come and finish

Very efficient and reasonable in cost for level of service. Very attentive showed up quickly communicated well and good followup. We are out of town and he met our property manager did a great job for a good cost.

Al was here the next day and did a very good job. I would recommend him.

After the job was posted he called several times in a row promising I don't want to chose someone till talking to him cause he has the best deal. He came across like a fast talking used car salesperson. He was here less than 1 hour and not a noticeable difference in the carpets. He also request cash and doesn't give change.

I have used this carpet cleaner in two different homes. He is the best. My carpets never looked better than after being cleaned with Quick Dry. I love the fact that you are not stuck with wet carpeting in your house for hours and sometimes overnight. It is the cleanest, most efficient way I have ever had my carpets cleaned. I also have animals that were so afraid of that noise and everthing they have to bring in for regular carpet cleaning. My animals don't even care about the carpet cleaner he brings in. It is quiet, no opened doors and the capets look like new after he is done. There is no other way I would have my carpet cleaned and the owner is a wonderful person to work with. He does everything he can to accommodate your time schedule and needs. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaner. The price is also fantastic.

Best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. Communication is clear, prompt, cordial, and courteous. The carpets look and smell great. And everything is included all the time with the quoted price (disinfectant, stain removal, protection - all of it). I did my entire house for less than half what I paid a competitor last time and the carpets look better!
