I have had them since 1997 cleaning my carpets.

AL did a good job in cleaning my carpet.

He is friendly and attentive, identifies spots and clean them. Calls and confirms appointments of when he is coming so there is no guessing.

We've been using them for years and happy with their work.

I had a very good experience with QDCC. There was very good communication throughout the whole process. The owner, Al, maintained communication throughout the process, including clearly describing the services available, the pricing tier, appointment time, who the technician would be etc... On the scheduled appointment day, the technician arrived early, introduced himself and asked if it was OK to start on the job early. The technician was courteous and hard working (including hand-scrubbing the carpet stains). The carpet is about 15 years old and beige (YIKES!). After the cleaning, the carpet definitely looks fresher and most of the stains have been removed. Overall, Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning was nice to deal with. It's clear that the owner wants the customer to be happy throughout the process. I would recommend this company and will use them again. Thanks!
