I have had several well known area rug cleaner--all recommended by the store where I purchased my carpeting. None had done the quality work of A-A on my carpets. My area rugs a really clean--no shadows or constant traffic area lanes--just clean carpets.

Al was great. He called to set up an appointment right away and was happy to reschedule when a conflict arose on my end. He gave me a price over the phone which was comparable with the bigger name companies. The work was done on time and done very well. We'll be using them again.

Al was the best to work with! He was so nice, explained very well on exactly what was included and all to be done. I have many kids running in and out of the house and my carpet was disastrous! It came out 150% cleaner than I had ever imagined it would. It looks so great! I will be using him absolutely again and as well immediately forwarded his info and pictures to friends to use.

We've used him once before. We were happy then, and we are happy the second time around. We asked him to look at three spots another company looked at and couldn't get out, but he got them out in 30 seconds. Very happy with service.
