Our backyard was a mess. The two men worked for 4 hours with a weed wacker to get the yard under control. They said they would have to come back to do any other work, but that they couldn't come until next month. My husband said he had the feeling that they really didn't want to come back, which we can understand.

Ramone and his helper arrived early and got right to work. They were courteous, continued to check with me to make sure the trees were in the right location -- i.e., "just right" as in a little to the left etc. They finished in record time and since the deal was for 4 hours, I asked them to replant 3 smaller arbor vitae that had been displaced by the other trees. They did a great job with that and finally with time still left,they transplanted a burning bush that was quite large, to the other side of the yard. In the area I had chosen, they were able to advise me that it might not be the best spot due to another bush dying at that location possibly due to the crabapple tree above dropping crabapples which then rot leaving the soil more acidic. They cleaned up very well, the trees and bushed look great newly planted. They were polite and did an excellent job and offered advice on location as well. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered the Big Deal and when scheduled asked to bring extra mulch. They came right on scheduled day with the mulch I needed. They placed the mulch taking care not to cover any flowers or trampling anything. After the mulching was finished they clean up everything very well. This company came from a very long distance to where I live because there was no Area listed on the big deal. This company could have cancelled or turned my business away but instead it honored the service I payed for even though it may not have been cost effective for them. This was very convenient for me because I did not have to make other arrangements. I have very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company. Very nice and professional.

Really spruced the place up! We had weeded prior to placement of the mulch which left only dirt around the flowers. We were having a graduation party and hadn't put mulch down for years. This put the icing on the cake and we received several compliments from our guests about our yard.

We bought a deal for 8 hours of landscaping. Was contacted in the time frame as promised. A date was set and they showed up as promised. 2 men came for 4 hours. They walked the job with me, gave advice when asked and got to work. They did a great job. Would highly recommend.

After all this rain I wasn't sure if they were going to be able to work in the yard. I kinda expected to get a call to reschedule but they were here first thing in the morning and thankfully the weather was cooperative for them. We were overgrown with weeds! Not anymore. They dug them all out and for the first time in a long time I actually saw dirt. Ramon was incredibly professional. When he was finished with the weeding (my priority) we walked around to check it all out. He still had time left (which surprised me) and was eager to find other things to take care of while he was there. He trimmed the evergreen bushes, they look great. We also talked about future jobs that I would like him to come back to do. I will definitely hire them again! Looking forward to working with Del Rio's Landscaping in the near future.

After initial contact for address and phone number I waited over two weeks for set-up time to start work, no response.Dropped them a E-Mail and got back to me two days later, with a date one month after first contact. This was not satisfactory and I e-Mailed back to cancel work. I know this is a busy time of the year, but if you can't get back to the client and set up a start time in a timely manner, don't accept the job.

I was originally scheduled to have 5 yards of mulch delivered and spread on a Monday. Due to inclement weather, the owner called me early Sunday morning to see if he could fit me in on that same day. I agreed since they were calling for rain the whole upcoming week. When they arrived, I had not yet finished doing all the weeding; they pitched in and helped me finish weeding the rest of my perennial beds which is a substantial amount of space. The workers were extremely helpful, hard working, and all in all, amazing. I highly recommend this company and am very grateful for all the work they did to help me.

Had some back and forth after purchasing 4 hours of work via Angie's List. Found a time when it wasn't raining and Ramon had 2 of his employees out to do the clean up (2 hours of work with 2 workers). Did a great job, worked very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again and I highly recommend.

Spring yard cleanup, lawn mowing, tree and shrubbery trimming, and flower bed cleanup The did an excellent job. So well that I contracted ongoing services.

They did a great job on my yard. Clean up was great! They took all grass and bush clippings with them.

Ramone came this morning, bright and early - we expected him around 8. He brought two other men with him who worked very efficiently. He was polite and professional and listened to all of our lawn concerns and what we would like done. A few times he asked for our suggestions and we totally appreciated it! The team removed a dead tree and hauled it away, and even covered the ditch! He dug up 4 Spirea plants and replanted them in a different spot, and then planted some hydrangea's in the spot. The lawn looks great and we didn't mind having to pay the extra fee for taking away the dead tree, and grass. He even trimmed our medium size maple tree in the back! We had bags of mulch and his team gladly spread it. Thank you for a great job and we hope to hire you again for a fall cleanup.

It went fine until he charged me 100.00 extra then what he quoted. I asked him to cut down a row of bushes to the top of the fence line and also cut out wild trees that had grown in the fence line. When I asked him for the quote the bushes were bare. He quoted me 350.00 for the job. I I accepted. He delayed and delayed doing the job. When he finally got around to it the bushes were all grown out. So the job took a lot longer for them to do. Not my fault. I was going to give him an extra 50.00, but he said I owed him 100.00 more since the bushes bloomed. Again, not my fault he waited a month or so to come over ever after I called several times. I had also used him for snow removal in the winter. We had a few problems with that. His truck took out patches of our grass with the shovel. I told him about it. He said he would put down seed. He did not. He lost my business when he over charged me. Also I asked him to call me for a spring clean up. I called him several times.He never got back to me. So long Ramone. Your bad customer service skills just lost you a customer. But obviously you did not care. Why is it so hard to get work done that your willing to pay for?

We were very happy with the services provided by Del Rio's and would definitely use them again. They came the day they were scheduled, did a great job, and their cleanup was excellent. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Overall, it went very well. The yard was in need of some TLC and Ramone's team did a nice job. One comment - when I walked the yard after they left, there were quite a few large branches in the back that the team ignored. I would have appreciated them bringing them to the driveway and cutting up into disposable pieces.

It was fine, the team descended on the lawn and was done very quickly and it looked great after they were done.

Went very well. I was satisfied with the quality of Del Rio's work. Prior to the work, Del Rio came by to discuss the work I needed and to schedule it. The work was performed three days later, which involved a general spring clean up, dethatching, cutting the grass, cleaning dead branches and leaves, trimming several roses, trimming a tall bush, and hauling away. I also had 3 cu yd of mulch laid for an additional cost of $270.

everything was completed on a timely basis. Mr. Del Rio is not only professional, but also so easy to work with.

They were excellent and I plan to use them again. They were hardworking and professional. They did a great job.

Called Del Rio to install 9 yards of mulch, they had availability on a weekend that worked with my schedule so I booked them. I also txted and sent messages on Angie's list with my contact info and summarized our discussion, which was acknowledged. Day of the work nobody showed up. Called and spoke to Ramone, awkward conversation. Ramone came to my house immediately and apologized. Within a few hours he had 2 guys at the house with the mulch. The work took about 2.5 hours and was well done. They also took away a large pile of buckthorn I cut from my beds. Ramone seemed like a good guy and he definitely made the problem right that day, but it did inconvenience our day being 4 hours later than expected. I felt the price was fair and mulch looked very nice, yard was clean afterward. Was hoping they could be my go-to company for yard work but the missed appointment has me hesitant to use again.
