Ramon had the most reasonable estimate. His "crew" did an excellent job on ALL tasks performed. The weather refused to cooperate, however. Ramon & his "crew" persisted. The finished product was outstanding !!!

I called Del Rio for an estimate. I was told he was nearby and would call me back and stop by my house today. After waiting and attempting to contact them, they never called me back or came over for the estimate. I waited all day. Very poor customer service.

Great work. Very difficult cutting involved around existing drainage. Job was over 400 sf in an Urban location. Definitely added value to our home. Would definitely recommend.

I sent Del Rio's a message through Angie's List in November. They did reply the next day that they were available and the rate, which was very reasonable, but I didn't see it for two weeks (I thought I would get an email notice & didn't realize I needed to go back to the website for a reply). I sent two followup messages via the website AND two voicemail messages (the first apologizing for my delayed reply), asking for a contract, and I never received a response. Finally I just had to find another company.

We have used Del Rio Landscaping for several years and are always pleased with their services. We were pleased to hear that they are now offering drainage work and brick paver installation. We took advantage of this and added underground drainage for 4 downspouts that were draining on our sidewalks. Ramon and his crew did an excellent job which included digging under a sidewalk in order to drain the water into our lawn! Ramon worked along with the crew of 3 to complete the job quickly and efficiently. What a difference it makes to the appearance of the front of our home now that those ugly downspouts are underground! Thanks Ramon for adding to our home's curb appeal!

They were efficient, worked quickly and left me with good after care instructions for the yard. The owner came out ahead of time, which was good because it saved me money since the not all the yard needed to be done. His guys came later to complete the work.

It went well. They layer down the mulch and ;or an additional fee re-edged our flowermbed

Ramon and his team have taken care of my yard for over 3 years and they do a great job. They have also re-landscaped the area where our pool was, including pulling pulling out the old posts from the deck that was by the pool. It looks like there was never a pool there! Recently they replaced some pavers by the front porch and in front of our shed. They suggested a contrasting border outlining and it turned out great. I highly recommend Del Rio's.

Ramone accommodated our schedule. He did an excellent job applying the mulch and even did some extras for free, such as weeding and planting some flowers that needed to go in before the mulch went down. He was very professional and the mulching looks fabulous.

They were very friendly. He gave advice because when they came here I chose what beds I wanted done. He was also less expensive than the people who normally do my lawn. They were late.

It went well. They responded to my request and plowed my drive and shoveled my walk. I was very happy with their services. They billed me through email, which worked well with me.

Overall, the work was good and the pricing was reasonable. The crews arrived on time with friendly attitudes and handled themselves in a professional manner. The only issue I had was the time and effort in contacting the owner to talk about the work to be done. I had to call several times before I would get a call back. Once we connected, it was all good. But it was a little frustrating having to put so much effort into obtaining any follow-up.

First time I used this company for snow removal and they did not disappoint.

They are timely and they do a nice job. They clean up very well and I think they have fair pricing.

Ramone came to the house the end of april. gave us a quote for removing grass,adding top soli, thatching front grass and removing bushes. The quote was very reasonable. He said he would not be able to do the work until 2nd or 3rd week of May. Did not hear from him after that. I started calling him the 3rd week of May and left messages. He never called back. Finally in June he answered his phone and said he lost my info. He asked me to e-mail him the work that needed to be done which I did. He still has not responded. Now all the landscapers are not able to do our work for 4 to 6 weeks.We wasted all this time. Very dissappointed because he had very good reviews.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for 5 square yards of mulch delivered and spread. I contacted Del Rio's and left a message after hours. The next day Ramon called me back and we worked to schedule a time for the deliver of the mulch. My schedule is challenging, and Ramon was very patient. He worked my schedule even though I live outside of their regular service area. Ramon and his crew delivered the mulch on a Saturday morning. They spread the mulch thick and with great care. Now my plants visually pop out of the landscaping and the beds look clean. I know the mulch helps keep the moisture in the soil. I do wish I lived in Del Rio's regular service area. Their customer service was wonderful.

All the employees were professional and did the job quickly. My main issue is with the quality of the soil. After a few weeks when the soil settled, we found big amounts of rocks, glass and even metal shards all over our backyard which is not safe when you have kids. We had to rake the yard 3 times to get most of the stones and glass out. Lastly.. I know this is somewhat ridiculous but we had to use a shop vac to vacuum the smaller pieces of glass/metal.
