Called Del Rio to install 9 yards of mulch, they had availability on a weekend that worked with my schedule so I booked them. I also txted and sent messages on Angie's list with my contact info and summarized our discussion, which was acknowledged. Day of the work nobody showed up. Called and spoke to Ramone, awkward conversation. Ramone came to my house immediately and apologized. Within a few hours he had 2 guys at the house with the mulch. The work took about 2.5 hours and was well done. They also took away a large pile of buckthorn I cut from my beds. Ramone seemed like a good guy and he definitely made the problem right that day, but it did inconvenience our day being 4 hours later than expected. I felt the price was fair and mulch looked very nice, yard was clean afterward. Was hoping they could be my go-to company for yard work but the missed appointment has me hesitant to use again.

Needed to find a lawn cutting service for season Called in morning early, Ramon answered, promised visit same day. Ramon (owner) and crew came in afternoon, we negotiated a seasonal deal, they cut lawn immediately, doing great work. Yes, responsive and great service.

It went well. He came by when there was more than 2 inches. He did use a truck, which did take some grass with him when he plowed. Ramone said he would plant new grass seed when it was pulled up.

The service was nothing short of outstanding. They weeded, edged, removed some unwanted plants and the finished work has made my yard look fantastic. They were courteous and professional and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We couldn't ask for better service -- polite, neat and effective. They worked very hard digging up all the designated bushes with their deep roots, then they loaded them up on the truck and swept the sidewalks. We used the Angies List coupon and then paid extra for the debris removal. This was a good value. Ramon is a pleasure to work with and he really knows his business. He also is reachable by phone, which isn't always the case with smaller landscaping services. We would definitely use Del Rio again.

Went very well. I had forgotten to schedule the work and was almost at the expiration date when I realized. They were very accommodating and squeezed us in their busy schedule. We were so pleased we even signed up for additional work to be performed.

I called Del Rio's to do a Spring Clean Up and edging with mulch they called me back immediately and they did a fantastic job on the clean up and the mulch.. They are also doing the weekly mowing . The price was very reasonable I will definitely be recommending Del Rio's to friends and family.

I was contacted about the AL Big Deal right away and we were able to get the service scheduled when we needed it. They showed up bright and early and were very professional and conscientious about not blocking the neighbors with the truck and trailer of mulch. The garden looks great!

For the last two years I have called DelRios to do a Spring clean-up. Ramon and his crew do a fabulous job raking and cleaning the property. I am very pleased with what they do for me.

They did not show up as scheduled on March 31st.

When I first contacted them, it seemed like they didn’t want to come out to where I was. I cancelled the deal and got refunded from Angie’s List. I ended up doing the work myself.

The owner and his assistant arrived right on time and we reviewed what we wanted done. He was very willing to do as much as he could on our list within the 4 hours. They worked very quickly, definitely knew what they were doing, and had the proper equipment to do the job. They were both very polite and personable. Although our list was too long to finish in the 4 hours, they did such a good job that we asked them to come back the next week to complete the job. We were very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

They did a great job! I had originally had them out with an Angie's deal to remove a bunch of volunteer trees and clean out tons of overgrown weeds. They did a very nice job on that, so I hired them to come back and do a full fall cleanup. Both times they were on time and professional. They even had a little left over mulch on their truck from the last job that they put down at no extra cost. I would definitely hire them again.

The project went great. Ramone responded to inquiry right away and worked my project in so that it was done before arrival of unexpected guests. The deck and plant bed now look very neat and organized.

Customer service was also excellent and accommodating. The crew arrived early and spent time talking with me about what needed to be done and ensuring that my expectations were met. Ramon and his crew did a fantastic job. If he had a question about how to trim a particular bush, he asked rather than make a guess about what we wanted. He had never done the fall cutback for a grapevine (we have two), but with minimal instruction he trimmed both vines the way they should be done.

Ramon, the contractor was on time and did a great job. I purchased the Angie's list deal and Ramon contacted me a few days later to schedule the delivery and spreading of mulch. I am very happy with the quality, professionalism, and price I received from Del Rio's.

I bought the coupon with the belief it could be used towards some front yard landscaping work. The amount of additional costs to do what I wanted was too high. It took a couple of months to get an estimate from the company due to their busy workload.
