Description of Work: Bill was GREAT!!! I called because the garage door would not open with either remote, but would open with the pad on the wall. he diagnosed the problem over the phone ( the "lock" had been activated by accident). He gave me directions for fixing the problem and viola', everything is back in working order. A super nice man and I really appreciate his very generous help!
