One of my 26 year old Sears Craftsman opener went kaput . Decided to replace both openers with Liftmasters . Bill junior did excellent work and highly recommend . Ken from Mundelein

It went great. Bill was very helpful in picking out a door style and the door was replaced within just a couple days.

We had problems with our new garage doors and found out they had been incorrectly installed by another company. I phoned Bill's Garage Door Service and we talked through the issue. His son came within a couple of hours and identified the problem. Our garage doors were reinstalled the next day as good as new. Quick efficient and friendly service at a competitive price.

Bill Jr. was able to come less than two hours after I phoned. He was prompt, polite, and professional. The job took longer than he expected, but it was done well. The price was fair and competitive. He didn't sweep up afterwards but, like I say, he had spent more time than expected.

Gave very fair price upfront, completely work in timely fashion. Also performed additional services, such as lubing and fixing drive belt on opener. Well - it was unstuck in an efficient and timely manner

It went great. Bill came out at the time stated, told me what needed doing and how much, all very up front. He did the work inside of an hour, the door works great and we are very happy. I will certainly use Bill again and recommend him.

Bill replaced the very old opener with a new Liftmaster using the existing track and door and adjusted--works great and much quieter! Fast and efficient work clearly explained. Yes, I'd recommend to others.

Showed up on time, on short notice. Had the part and repaired the door perfectly. Even greased and replaced a couple of worn wheels.

Called Bill's and asked them to come take a look and see what needed to be done. They came out promptly and surveyed the situation. Bill made adjustments to the track, lubricated everything, performed routine maintenance on opener and spring and replaced a couple loose screws. Garage now opens smoothly and quietly. Honestly best it has performed since we built the house!

We needed immediate service as the when the cable snapped, one of the rails came unattached from the garage wall, and allowing the door to fall off the rails and onto a car. We needed a quality guy quickly, and luckily a neighbor highly recommended Bill. Bill and Joe where able to come out within in a couple of a hours, assessed the situation and got right to work. They got the door safely off the car, back on the rails, and replaced all of the broken or worn parts. Additionally, they pointed out a safety issue existed from how a prior service person had replaced the coil, and take action to mitigate the problem for the short term.

Loved the fact that I was not pressured into buying stuff I didn't need. Even though I was prepared to buy a new opener. Thanks guys!

They showed up in the window of time that they estimated, fixed the door quickly, and provided some extra advice about our garage door sensors. he also did a quick check of the garage door functionality to make sure nothing could break in the immediate future.

Bill did a good job working with me prior to the work via email to provide information on the different models and optional door controls. Installed a new LiftMaster 1.5 HP 8355 belt drive in place of existing old chain drive. Installed new wiring and electric eyes. Installed optional door control panel with movement sensor in place of the manf provided std unit. Adjusted spacing btwn two of the door panels to eliminate a gap/air leak. It's been 3 mths since the work was done and no problems with the door, its operation or adjustment.
