Description of Work: Driveway was not cleaned before seal coat was applied. They probably used a leaf blower to clear loose debris but the companies I've used in the past cleaned up oil spots before putting down the sealer. Now I have some weird spots that are discolored and probably unprotected. Very quick job.

Description of Work: Tore out old black top and hauled away, regraded and poured 3" new black top - fast and courteous. Came early AM done early PM. Left a pamphlet going over the do's and don't's for the new top which was very helpful. A friend had another company do hers weeks later and she wasn't sure what to do after (i.e. how long before walking on; driving on, cure time; when to re-surface, etc.) Cost was competitive.
