It was excellent as I would have expected. He was very clear about what he plans to do and explains what he is doing. He is prompt and courteous.

We used Welter Home Services on 3 separate occasions in 2014. We were happy with the results of each project. The subcontractors that Kevin works with do great work as well. The drywall repair looks perfect and the carpet repair is unnoticeable. The new door is draft free, and opens and closes with ease. Kevin Welter is honest, reliable, has great attention to detail, and above all, does great work. We will call him again for our handyman needs.

No work was arranged but only because of misunderstanding about credit card acceptance.

Caulk job was done well. I was very disappointed that new caulk was placed over discolored grout and therefore did not look new. For the amount that I paid, I would have expected this to be resolved or at least discussed before completing the job. Kevin prides himself on being meticulous; so I am not sure why he was satisfied with the end result.

Very smooth - work was completed quickly and efficiently. Even took a look at another minor problem and resolved that without additional cost.

I was VERY pleased with Welter Home Services. Kevin gave me an estimate over the phone which was accurate; he came out within days of my call, even though he had several other client jobs to work around and it was just days before Thanksgiving. He was on time, answered all my questions, even gave me some suggestions regarding how to be more economical when using the light fixture and the dimmer. He worked quickly and was very neat - including cleaning up afterward. I would DEFINITELY use this service again! A++!

Kevin did a great job from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the issues at hand. He communicated on a regular basis, completed the work in a timely manner and was very personable to deal with. I would definitely use him again.

We are very pleased with the end results. Kevin is meticulous with detail, very knowledgeable and patient explaining the processes of the projects. He kept to the completion timetable. Use of protective covering on floors and furnishings was excellent. His equipment was organized and clean. The work area was clutter free and clean after each work day. It was a pleasure working with Kevin and refreshing to have a 'helping hand ' to complete these projects.

The guy from Welter Home Services became our go to guy. He has done a lot of things to my parent’s house, it’s unbelievable. He comes out and takes a look at the job. He is absolutely great. He is just a great all around human.

Everything turned out wonderful. They did a lot of work in about two or three days. They are professional, hard working and really good guys. Everything was perfectly gorgeous. I can't explain how happy I am about the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin has done jobs for us before and always does a great job for us--he's courteous, thorough, and has some good ideas.

Kevin measured carefully and installed the doors meticulously. He installed the doors so that they shut smoothly, not an easy task given the slightly "off" measurements of the doorways. They work beautifully. He cleaned up after each work session. Kevin is trustworthy and can be counted on to do great work and to provide an accurate estimate.

I have used Welter Home Services many times in the past. Kevin is always on time and very conscientious about doing a good job. He explains his work thoroughly.

Kevin was careful to cover items in storage in basement, disposed of ceiling tiles and other refuse, left the basement looking vastly better than it had been. He also gave suggestions about electrical outlets and wiring (he is a licensed electrician). We are very pleased w/his work and have had him work at our house many times.

Kevin is conscientious and performs at the level of an expert contractor. He is trustworthy and reliable, and I have recommended him to several people--including a hard-to-please neighbor who was also very pleased with his work. He takes the time to do each job right, and cleans up thoroughly after finishing a project. On occasion, we've had jobs for which Kevin referred us to well-qualified colleagues. The plumber he recommended several months ago was exceptional. I highly recommend Kevin, and will continue to count on him for all of our handyman projects.

They came in and were very fast. The did the work and did a good job. I will use them again in the future if needed.

Kevin came over promptly when he said he would. He did a very thorough inspection of our electrical system. He did a great job explaining what he was looking at and describing what would be required to fix any existing problems. He also did a great job replacing the faulty outlet, and explaining what problems to look for when changing an outlet with older wiring.

Kevin, came in and reviewed specs the company gave us to wire and install the in-floor heating. He gave us a few different options on where we could install the programmable thermostat and where he felt would work the best. He also simplified the electrical that was needed to connect to the power. Every step of the way, he told us what he was doing an why. Kevin was very professional and we are very pleased with his work. He gave us an estimate up front and the price and time came in where he estimated the job to cost. We have used Kevin for a couple of other electrical projects, one which included removing drywall to do the wiring. He gave us great directions on how we can finish off the drywall ourselves (he was willing to do it, but we were confident we could do the job). He recommendations left us with a wall that doesn't look like anything was done to it.
