Mr. LiRosi was very professional and extremely helpful. His report was thorough and it was easy to see what items needed immediate attention. Vito communicated very well and was a pleasure to do business with. His inspection of the home we were looking at was helpful, thourogh and very detailed. He took the time to make sure we fully understood what issues the home had and what issues were of the highest priority. Photos that were included in the inspection report were crucial in helping us to see the different trouble spots as opposed to just hearing about them. As first time home buyers my husband and I are totally unfamiliar with the entire process. After our offer was accepted, I went onto Angie's list to find a home inspector and came across Vito. Vito was the best decision we could have made in this whole process. I called Vito on a Tuesday and was able to schedule a home inspection on Saturday. Vito was very very knowledge and spend 2.5 inspecting everything in the home. Vito even had a drone take pictures of the roof (which my hubsband thought was so cool). After the inspection Vito went through the pictures and report with us, highlighting the important areas and answering all our questions. Vito sent us the entire report (100 pages with pictures) less than 24 hours after the inspection. Vito also recommended and setup a 3rd party radon testing company who was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Excellent in every aspect. Vito (the owner) returned calls promptly and was flexible in being able to meet our schedule on short notice. He was very thorough and professional in his inspections, checking all appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and structural items, inside and out. He took photos of every item of interest or concern and reviewed all of them personally with us. Within hours of completing the inspection he provided a detailed 60 plus page report covering the entire house with photos, commentary and recommendations on every item. Excellent experience with this Home Inspection service and highly recommend! Vito was incredibly thorough and covered much more than any inspection I've had done in the past. Very responsive, professional and explained everything in detail following the inspection as well as answered all questions. The generated report was delivered via email later that evening. It was detailed and included pictures with digital markup highlighting relevant items along with comments.

Called to book the home inspection, spoke with Vito. He did some analysis on the subject property and returned with a good quote for the inspection. After we agreed, He sent me a few documents and disclosures to read over and sign before the inspection. On the inspection day, he was at the property when I arrived. He told me the game plan for the day and we began. Our inspection for a 3000ft single family took about 3 hours. Vito was extremely methodical and went through the home from top to bottom, during which he pointed out anything out of the ordinary. After the inspection, he submitted the report to me on the next evening. The report included an executive summary which highlighted any major areas with suggestions, and the primary report with everything. I felt that Vito did a great job highlighting the entire home. I would definitely use LiRosi again!

Vito was absolutely terrific. He was there for a couple hours and was very thorough in his inspection. After he was finished, he went over every finding with us and what exactly he would recommend to move forward.
