Vito performed the home inspection. He was very thorough and invested the needed time to review my property, explain his findings and suggestions for improvement. This inspection was performed as my new construction home was coming out of its warranty period. Vito found several items that need repair and that will now occur at the cost of the builder and not me. I can recommend Vito with confidence after my positive experience with his company.

I reached out to 5 different companies listed on Angie's. 4 of them responded, 1 did not. 1 offered a lower fee, but I needed a Radon test too which they couldn't provide. 2 offered the same. The other was over the top and stunningly ridiculous. I decided to go with LiRosi. Not only was I responded to within minutes of requesting a quote, the entire process from setting up the inspection to receiving the very detailed report was flawless. Vito answered every question completely and honestly and brought things to us that my very experienced spouse missed. I couldn't have asked for anything better. His assessments were spot on. He was prompt and courteous. The total inspection time was a tiny bit over 3 hours I believe - which believe me, if someone is only inspecting for an hour you need to ask why you hired them because that's not thorough. I would gladly recommend LiRosi to anyone needing a home inspection.

The inspector promptly replied to my request for services. He communicated his availability. He was able to change scheduled appointment from Saturday to Sunday. He took about 2 1/2 hours for inspection. He sent inspection report promptly the next day and found the report very helpful with many pictures. He used a drone to take pictures of the roof.

I am so glad I found Vito on Angie's List. I needed to find an inspector for the weekend and on a very short notice. Vito was very responsive to my calls, flexible and accommodating with his time. He showed up early for the inspection and did a great and very thorough job inspecting the condo. He was very professional and explained all the details of the inspection to us, answered all of our questions, and summarized his major findings at the end. We were impressed with his professionalism. You can tell that he has your best interests in mind and works hard to do a meticulous and comprehensive inspection. My parents were also at the inspection; they had purchased a condo a few months prior and had hired someone else - they were wishing they had known about Vito, instead! Vito was great! Very professional. Very thorough inspection of my small 2 story home (about 1400 sq. fee). Answered all questions. Will get the written report via email in a few days and he said we can have a follow-up call to discuss. I'm the home owner and want to identify any major (or even minor) problems and fix them before selling or renting the house.

Vito was a very professional and prompt for the inspection. He was also very flexible with the hours and date needed for the job. He attention to detail and the quality of the inspection was awesome. He had all the right tools for the job including a drone for aerial pictures of the roof. He always made sure to explain what he was testing and if we had any questions. The explanation after the job was completed was great. He promptly delivered the report the next day and it is very thorough and detail orientated. I would hire him again with out question.

The inspection performed was very thorough. Used a drone to get aerial views of the house, which found some damage other inspectors may have missed. Also detected a small gas leak which needless to say was very important.
