This is my 3rd home purchase in my lifetime, the inspection provided by Mr. Lirosi was hands down the most thorough, and detailed I had ever seen, he went through many things I had never reviewed with previous inspectors. The drone he flew over my roof for a portion of the inspection was pretty cool too! I was made aware of tuck-pointing issues, double-taps within the electrical panel, hail damage, non working outlets etc. As I walked with him he also took the opportunity to point out many qualities as well, which I found impressive. I would recommend this company to anyone buying a home!

The inspection went really well! It was my first home ever purchasing so i was new to what i was expecting. Everything was inspected in detail. I was able to walk through the home with inspector and was providing me with all the ins and out i needed to know. Very clear and verbal to detail helping me understand if i need upgrades/changes and or okay to leave as is. When he was all said and done i was given and complete over view verbally as i took my own notes. The hard copy report was received within 24hrs of completion for me to forward to my lender. If i were to purchase any more property i would highly use LiRosi Home Inspection Services again as well as recommend him to friend/family.

The home inspection overall was excellent. Vito LiRosi was punctual and responsive before, during, and after the inspection. He was never out of reach for any questions I had. Vito's inspection included every accessible system, structural member, and aesthetic component of the home. Vito's knowledge is apparent and shines as he explains his findings. As someone who is not familiar with home construction I felt like I had learned a great deal and was much more confident after the inspection walk through. The written inspection report was extremely thorough. Vito included ample pictures of each item he inspected. He included detailed explanations of each of his findings, both pros and cons, as well as any applicable building codes that apply to the item which aided in negotiations with the home seller. The report is formatted in such a way that one can quickly locate each point of inspection using a table of contents as opposed to being convoluted and unnavigable. After the home inspection process I felt much more knowledgeable and as if I knew the home I was purchasing from top to bottom, back to front. I would absolutely use LiRosi Home Inspection Services again and would recommend this company to friends, family, or colleagues.

I contacted them the day before I needed the inspection done and they were able to accommodate me on short notice, this was my first home inspection being done so I was not sure what to expect as far as price or how the process worked. They sent over an agreement via email in which I was to read prior to the inspection. I arrived about 10min early and they were already on site before my arrival. The inspector gave me a brief run down as to how the inspection works and what I could expect. He explained that he would point out what needed to be pointed out after he was done with the inspection. He stated that it was more efficient to do it in that manner as his concentration would not be interrupted, which was fine with me. He was onsite for about 2 hours and 45 min. The inspector really broke it down to terminology that I could understand and made sure that I understood everything and stated that I could contact him with any questions or concerns. He stated he would be emailing me the report by that evening in which he did. The report was really easy to understand and I was very pleased with the experience. For this being my first time having an inspection done it was really comforting that he went over everything in such detail.

I would say it went excellent. Vito accommodated me on a short notice. I needed the inspection ASAP and he made it happen. He showed early, a few minutes before me. He had his equipment out and ready to go. He was direct and professional in his approach. His communication with me during and after the inspection was excellent.

Lirosi Home Inspection Services was completely professional and thorough with the job. I had to change the time and day of the inspection at the last minute, and he was very accommodating with my request. He used state of the art equipment to complete the inspection, and the report was emailed to me shortly after the inspection was done.
