Easy to work with. Construction went smoothly. I was kept informed during the entire construction. The garage is of good quality.

As with any contracting job, you need to be patient. Permits, inspections, etc all take time. The level of communication was outstanding! Any questions that I had, all I did was email Ivona and I would have a response by overnight at the latest. I am so happy with our new garage. Many neighbors have passed by asking us who built our garage, and I have happy provided them your name and phone number. Great Job!

It went excellent. Ricky stopped by, shared brochures of the various types and models of garage doors, we choose one and he timed the installation exactly with the end of masonry work we were having done on the garage. It looks great and operates perfect. They cleaned up and removed the old door.

It went very well. Ricky thoroughly went through all the details, answered all my questions and patiently waited for my decision. I didn't feel pressured at all. I did quite a bit of comparison shopping, and felt that the service and the price were fair. All of the workmen were courteous and the quality of the workmanship is very high. I have had many compliments from my neighbors, and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Garage for You without hesitation.

They finished the job in June or July. They were wonderful and communication was outstanding. There's a crack in the concrete, they came back, they followed up and they're trying to resolve it. They're just wonderful. It took longer than expected but that wasn't their fault, it's the town that we live in like getting the permits for the garage, like trying to see the president. I would use them again if I had to build another garage.

The quality of workmanship is very good. The price was also very good. They are very fair and honest, and don't come up with a bunch of extra charges throughout the job.

I guess there are a lot of companies who can build a garage, but I doubt that there are any who would provide the personal service and stand behind their work like this one. They were amazing. I live in Lincolnwood and the Village, combined with Com Ed gave me a lot of problems that had nothing to do with Garage for You. Nonetheless, they were helpful, supportive, patient, willing to jump through the Village's hoops - the owners actually kept me sane through the project. They were EXCEPTIONALLY concerned with my satisfaction, communicative and always ready with a suggestion for how we could do things to give me maximum use of the space. Their workers were all extremely polite and clean, willing to help out above and beyond building the garage (for example, prior to demolition there were heavy things in the garage that I could not move... they carried them to the storage pod for me, with a smile), and punctual. The new garage is beautiful. It is equipped with the most modern garage door openers (battery backup, key fob, keypad) and, as my garage leads to the alley in the back, they put in two garage doors, so we never have to worry if another car is on the driveway - we can always drive through the garage to get to work on time. I recommend Garage for You 1000%. My new garage is attractive, solid and it goes beautifully with the house. Thanks Garage for You - you are the BEST!!!!

The experience was painless. Everything went smoothly. Ricky was very accommodating and saw that everything was done to our satisfaction. Ivana was very nice and made everything convenient for us when payments were due. I would definitely use this contractor again without hesitation. I would recommend them to my best friend and I will use them again for other projects if the situation arises.

Very efficient . some struggle to be sure of arrival time. Office personnel very helpful negotiating schedules. Professional services, presence of owner regularly helped our comfort level. Used all latest equipment to accomplish tasks. Carpenters and managerers were very professional and clear on what was happening. We love the product.

They were about$ 5,000 cheaper than the other estimates I received. They were very timely and courteous. At this time of the appointment I wasn’t able to walk, they were kind enough to help me with a few things, some flowers in my yard needed to be moved and they were generous enough to replant them in another area for me.

Lucy from Garage For You was friendly and professional. She was flexible with scheduling the initial consultation and when finalizing the contract. She was thorough at covering all details requested. Garage For You started immediately after permit was issued. The demolition and removal was done within a day. The cement was poured 2 days later and was left to cure for 2 weeks. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the materials and the work completed, even down to the caulking. A few days later when it was sunny out, we noticed a few dimples in the siding. We emailed the details with photos and Lucy followed up promptly. The few siding panels were changed out within a few days. Overall a wonderful experience!

We had an estimate with 3 companies. I just felt that Ricky seemed to be the most knowledgable and would take pride in the job. I was right. They were not the cheapest bid but we were going for quality and we got it. The whole process was unbelievably quick. Our new garage was up about 2 weeks after they tore down the old one. The different crews worked hard and quickly, and there was very little "down time" in between the different stages of the building process. I had a problem with the opener about a week after everything was done and Ricky came that day to fix it. So far we are very happy with our new garage!

Cable broke on one side of the garage door at 7 am making it useless. Called and scheduled an appointment for 2:00 the same day. Was quoted $55 for the call, no extra emergency charge. Ricky showed up late but went right to work. He agreed both cables should be changed. While fixing the door, one bracket had bent when the cable broke. Ricky fixed the bracket and installed the new cables. After tightening the springs, he operated the door and adjusted the springs to balance the door. Knew what he was doing and also completed the work with minivan in the garage. Final bill, parts and labor, was $80 which is reasonable. He also provided information on maintaining the door and tightened the nuts holding the various sections together.

It went well. The price was very reasonable. The garage is very, very nice.

I heard great things about this company. I did not want to deal with lots of contractors giving me estimates so I selected 4 to come to my house and give me estimates.Garage for you was very good at replying emails. After a couple of days a sales associate/ Estimator came over and explained the ins and outs of what could be done. She was very good at listening to my requests and expectations. She left and said an estimate would come to my email within a week. I was very satisfied with the meeting and had high expectations after how well that went. It has been almost 1 month and I still have no budget. I emailed them a couple of times and got apologies but no budget.

Lucy was very helpful and responsive to us throughout the process. She helped us with the design and layout and was in contact throughout the entire process helping to make sure everything was completed properly. Garage for you was slightly more expensive what Danly quoted for an equivalent project. However, after looking at Danly samples I'm sure the work I had done by Garage for you is superior in quality. I recommend garage for you and I would consider using them again if I ever need a similar project.

It turned out well. They did a really good job on the construction. We were happy with the end product.

Due to some overtime at work my wife was responsible for supervising this project. She noted that Garage For You was head and shoulders above the others regarding professionalism and explaining their work and prices. Their price was extremely competitive with the other quotes we received and they explained the differences between their price and their competitors very clearly. We opted for some minor upgrades such as a higher roof for more storage space and feel that we got more than paid for in terms of quality. They construction process was extremely quick and we receive compliments on our garage all the time. There was a small issue regarding their subcontractor which laid the foundation but they credited us for the mistake and everything was completed correctly. I would highly recommend Garage For You to anyone!

Basically, we had to rebuild the entire garage from the studs so it's basically a brand new garage. The concrete and the studs are what's left of the old garage. Everything was done professionally and fast. The process only took about 2 1/2 days to complete the project. The workers were on time and were very professional. The garage itself was hand-made. It wasn't prefabricated like some other companies construct. The workers were true craftsmen paying attention to every detail. We were in awe with the quality of the job they did. We also needed to have electricity run into the garage from the circuit breaker panel. We never had electricity in our garage until now. Ricky was able to recommend an excellent electrician who drilled a hole under the concrete so no concrete patch jobs needed to be done to our patio. It was so well done, we almost can't tell where the electricity enters the garage. But now we have lights and an electric garage door opener. We couldn't be happier with our garage. The lady who came was really very attentive. It was easy to get hold of her if anything was going wrong. It was easy to find her to talk to. She gave her separate cell number to get hold of her if we needed to. They did the work right away. I would use them in the future.

The whole experience was great. I'd use them again for sure. I called a total of 5 garage construction companies. I have done a lot of remodeling of all types and my father is a builder/developer, so of course I'm extremely picky and I pester contractors almost every day with questions, demands, etc. before I hire them. First I met with the salesperson Lucy and she was great. I trusted her immediately. I got a few bids and then I started my process of questioning and comparing. Lucy was great, she answered all my questions right away, and agreed to change a few items when I told her that other companies were willing to do x or y. I changed needs and wants almost daily and she (and Ricky) never minded. After all my comparing and contrasting, Garage for you had the best product for the best price. The building of the garage was very quick...of course, because I'm picky, I told them exactly how I wanted the concrete done and they didn't complain and it was done in a matter of days. Then right on time the framing was done and a week later the roof was on. The electrician was there a week later, even came on a Saturday so that I'd be home. So the building was done within 3 weeks start to finish. My dad said they did a really good job and the construction was great. I love my garage. It is huge, as ordered, and everything works like it is supposed to. I have no complaints whatsoever. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

The price was not the lowest but it was competitive and they used better quality materials than some of the bigger name garage companies I had quotes from. They were very punctual and the job was completed with no fuss at all and exactly as stated in our agreement. The workmanship was excellent . I am now talking to them about building a second garage at another one of my properties.

The men saved most of the bricks from the old garage like I asked. (they are unique bricks and I wanted them to make a front porch to match the house). We had a vacation planned and the crew put down a new cement pad and then they waited 10 days until we came back before they started the garage. My husband wanted to be there when it was put up to make sure we didn't forget anything, and we had everything done the way we wanted. We asked for two extra windows for the garage to get more light and ventilation for upstairs, and Ricky went out and bought them that day. They were very patient with me picking out the color of the siding and sent me to a couple of garages they had done so I could see it in person. That made me realize I actually wanted it one shade lighter. The electrician was excellent. My husband asked him to put the electric lines inside the wood because he wants to drywall the garage. This required him to drill holes and made more work for him. He also had to dig a trench in the backyard to get the electricity from the house to the garage since the old connection got buried under the new cement pad. This was also a job he wasn't expecting. He was very pleasent and professional and nothing fazed him. Everything was cleaned up each day before they left. The cement pad was done just the way we asked. The electrical work was done perfect. The siding and flashing are perfect. The garage looks wonderful and my husband is thrilled. The neighbors all love it. The price was not the lowest, but was not the highest estimate we got. It was put up in in a timely manner. The quality and the professionalism of everyone was outstanding. I would recommend Garage for you to anyone!!

Very Happy, the experience. The only issues was the weather to pour the new floor and foundation. Once the Concrete was ready it was up in a couple of days.
