Description of Work: Thought the quality of work was sloppy. A number of the nail heads were bent and not sunk properly; one of the boards was cracked and two of the post caps were cracked. All of these had to be replaced. The gate lock was difficult to work and the specialist had to re-drilled the hole so that it would line up properly. A number of pencil lines that were drawn across the planks/posts are quite visible, Communication with the company was poor. We had to contact them as to what the scheduling was, if they rec'd our check, and how we were to pay the balance. Would not use them again.

Description of Work: In June, they replaced two sections and a gate of chain link fencing with cedar fencing. They did a terrific job. The cedar looked fantastic. Two months later, a huge branch from my neighbor's tree came down after a big storm and really messed up one section of my new fence. I called Advance to come out and repair it. It only took them an hour and it looked as good as new. I was pleased. A few days later, I received the bill in the mail. I was shocked to see a bill for $400. When I called about this, I was told that was their minimum charge. Had I been told up front, I could have hired a handyman for less than half that amount. |

Have had comments from neighbors about how good it looks and asked for reference to do theirs. worked was backlogged as we received estimate during busy season, but very pleased with work.

Description of Work: They installed a privacy fence on one side of my house. I was 100% satisfied with the job and called the owner when they completed the job and told him how satisfied I was, not only with the quality, but also with the workmanship.

Description of Work: Installed a 6' tall 30' long cedar fence between my yard and my neighbor's yard. Todd arrived for the estimate on time, as very professional, and got me the quote quickly. The Friday before installation, he contacted me to say they might have to push the job back a day, due to weather that pushed their schedule back that week. When I informed him that Mondays were the only day we could accommodate due to our work schedules, he said no problem, and made it work as scheduled. The crew arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and did a great job. We get so many complements on the fence. It looks great. Thank you!

Description of Work: The gentleman giving me an estimate made a good suggestions on the project which I appreciated. The work was done correctly and one time. Office staff was very professional as well.

Description of Work: Installed a 6 foot cedar fence. The first try was unacceptable because it was too far aff the ground due to grade of property. Crew came back to lower the fence and trim the bottom on pannels as necessary. Completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Replace old wood fence with new plastic fence

Description of Work: Call and wanted to meet Dave (DBA- We Build Fences) at my home but all I got was a email quote. I ask him 2 times to meet with me but only got the run around. I feel that before I give somebody my $$$ I want to meet them face to face and go over what he planned on installing.

Description of Work: Todd was prompt with his quotes and revisions when i requested them. The workers started on time and finished quickly. Todd's pricing was competitive with everyone elses.

Description of Work: I called Advanced up and set up an appointment for a free estimate. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. I was given an estimate that beat everybody elses price. It was like buying a car at Carmax .I was given a price and that was the price .I liked the no haggle way Advanced did things. I basically hired them on the spot and was given a clear explanation of what was gonna be done. They showed up two days later and started the job and finished ,actually quicker than I anticipated. Every thing was in writng ,so there were no suprises. There was also no pressure to hire them ,I liked that too. The crew were dresses in uniforms and were very polite . I basically gave them a power source and didnt hear from them. Great company ,great price and they did a great job. The fence looks great and I would use them again ,if need be.

Description of Work: I had an old chain link back gate that needed to be replaced. I emailed a photo of it to Advanced Fence, got a prompt reply and estimate. When they did the install, I have some brick pavers that they cut to fit around the new wood gate posts. The installers showed me the lock and handed me the key. Nice attention to detail.
