They had the best price out of 5 quotes, and 1 competitor even asked if I had gotten a quote from Todd, and then he refused to quote me saying Todd was the best price in town. Todd was more than the best price, he quoted the fastest, and with the least amount of my time required. The install and everthing was seamless, but the reason I am writing the review is that is winter, one of gate latches broke and a post came a little loose. I called Todd, he was out of town in Texas, but said no worries, the crew would come by right away. It was fixed without notice or charge. Just great service. I wouldn't bother quoting anyone else, they have the best service and price out there!

Todd and crew were on time, every time. The service was excellent and painless. The fence crew worked with professionalism and diligence. The fence looks great!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Todd came out at the beginning of March and provided a thorough, clear estimate. He was responsive to several revisions that I made as I considered different options. The fence was installed in two days in the first week of April once the weather warmed up. The crew that installed the fence did a great job, paid careful attention to property lines (and demonstrated as much to me and my neighbors). Completely painless, and the fence looks great! Advanced Fence also took care of securing the permit from the village at no extra cost (beyond the permit fee), which not all installers do. This was much appreciated

Well, they tore down the old fence and replaced the fence the same day.

Very responsive and professional. Answered all questions and didn't rush me. Came up with creative suggestions and a fence I like better than what we had. Todd was terrific and handled the paperwork easily.

I was very pleased with the whole process of installing an aluminum fence around our backyard. The estimate was done within days of me calling and it was a very competitive quote. The installers were very thorough checking with me along the way regarding the way the gate would swing, the line the fence would be on and where the fence would meet the house. They were on time, cleaned up and were swift in their installation. I would definitely recommend them.

What's to tell; the job was done as all jobs should be done "PROFESSIONALLY"! The crew was excellent as was the job. Perhaps somewhat of a small job which included fence post repairs and a new section of fencing along the front of the yard with the addition of a gate trellis. I would highly recommend this company. We got different estimates for different materials for the fence. At first we wanted to escape painting and staining altogether, but after looking at some vinyl fencing, decided it was too flimsy and looked too much like plastic. Some vandals had broken a lot of the pickets or removed them altogether, so we definitely wanted something sturdy. So after much deliberation, we decided to use wood again. The cedar is very pretty. The work was done efficiently and in one day, no dilly-dallying. It makes both our attached yards look way better.

The first fence was delivered and the delivery guys said that it was damaged. They were right, there was excess glue all over the fence and there were alot of pieces that were scratched. So other than taking the day off of work to be home for the install nothing else was lost. Todd was quick to call and had a new fence ordered quickly. The new fence was installed by two different guys that did a good job. There were still some scratches and markson the new fence, but I suppose that some of it was from the manufacturing process. The guys cleaned up the fence with cleaner before leaving and left it looking good. They cleaned as well. The estimates were quick and any changes I wanted were accomodated on the estimate within a day or two at the most.

They promptly returned my call. Todd came out for an estimate, which was right in the ballpark of the other 3 quotes we obtained and included a partial solution to a problem with the longterm durability of the fence. We scheduled the work for when we were out of town and were very pleasantly surprised. They surpassed our expectations. They even moved a small birdhouse from the old fence to the new one. We hadn't even mentioned the little house. Very happy with the quailty of the work.

These guys do exceptional work. The craftsmanship is excellent. Originally I sought out estimates on fence repair during the early to mid summer. I told the fence contractors it would be a couple of weeks before I did the work because of some other work that we were having done prior to the fence replacement. Advanced Fence was the lowest estimate by almost 15% of the 5 I got and also had the best guarantee. Advanced was very patient as the other project dragged on and on and delayed the start of the fence work numerous times. When the time finally arrived for the work to begin the estimate was well over 90 days old and I was concerned that the pricing might have changed. Wrong! Advanced held their price no questions asked. They were able to schedule me only a few days out from my call, which was great. They arrived early on the first day. They very efficiently removed the old fence and set the new post for the new fencing. On day two they arrived just as punctually as the first day. They built the remainder of the fence on day two. The workmanship is impeccable. They installed a beautiful oversize gateat 4' wide for us and the weight and action of it is beautiful, it feels very light and moves flawlessly.

I contacted Advanced Fence and made an appointment for Todd Kopke, the proprietor, to survey my requirements: remove my existing wood fencing and replace it with vinyl fencing, including two gates. Todd came out at the appointed time, drew up a clear, detailed estimate and proposal, including sketch, and provided costs of possible add-ons. He also emailed me copies of his liability insurance certificate and the fence manufacturer's warranty, something that none of the other fence companies provided. His price was the lowest among the four companies that gave me estimates, and, based on his ratings on Angie's List as well as his presentments, I went with him. About two weeks later he called to schedule an installation date. His crew appeared early on the scheduled date and completed the job by mid-afternoon. They did a fine job of removing the old fence, installing the new, and cleaning up afterwards. During my inspection, the foreman explained the operation of the gate locks. Todd billed me a few days later: he had obtained the village permit and simply passed the cost on to me. I was quite pleased with my experience and do not hesitate to give him a strong recommendation.

I called several fence companies (including the one that installed my old fence) for a quote on a new cedar fence. Todd came out to represent Advanced Fence. We discussed some of the issues I had with my old fence (rotting posts) and he suggested metal posts that would be covered by cedar. They are guaranteed for 25 years. We also discussed using a different design for the fence. He gave me a quote and told he how to proceed if I wanted Advanced to install the new fence. I decided to use Advance because overall they gave me the best bang for the buck and I liked their product. They came out on a Saturday (my request) and removed all the old fencing and installed the new posts. They came out on the following Monday to install the new fencing. After the installation there were a couple of minor issues I felt needed to be addressed. After a call to Todd, he met me at my home and we discussed what I wanted. He was more than amenable to what I said and told me he wanted me to be happy with my new fence. The installers came out and made the adjustments and I love, love, love my new fence. I would not hesitate to use Advance Fence in the future and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Advanced Fence for a beautiful fence!

Great company! Did a terrific job with the fence and the gates. I ran into a problem with a crazy neighbor that caused changes to be made to the planned work and additional permit inspections for the village. Advanced Fence was professional and patient and got the job done in spite of the problems that cropped up.

Advance Fence did a great job and were very flexible with scheduling the install dates. They built the fence on a Saturday and were able to finish up even though it started to rain. They installed the ceder fence a couple weeks before the aluminum fence had been manufactured. I figured they would want to wait until everything was ready so that they only had to make one trip. It was great to get the ceder fence installed ASAP, even though the aluminum fence wasn't ready yet. Todd was very responsive to both email and phone calls. The builder guys were good too and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our new fences and love that our kids can safely play in the backyard without us having to worry that they are going to run down the driveway and into the street when we aren't looking.

A true professional, Todd (Salesman) came to our home and answered all our questions and provided a written quote via email within 2 days. Todd is very knowledgeable and was able to provide some creative ways to overcome our concerns. He met all our expectaions. He was on time and always followed up on any call we made. The install crew, Pedro and his son did an outstanding job for us. They were very helpful and made improvements on every detail of the job. They had to use a jackhammer to brake through an old cement garage foundation to install fence posts but had all the right power tools and equipment to do the job. They spead out the old dirt for us and cleaned up and hauled away the rocks and old fencing. Good job!!

The team from Advanced Fence & Gate, arrived on time, immediately began to remove the old fence placing sections in the side yard. When the fence was completely down they placed the removed sections in their truck, then immediately began building the new fence neatly and quickly. I am very satisfied.

We contacted Todd who responded promptly to our request for a quote. After coming out to the property, he outlined our options and provided quotes for both. After choosing our option we set up an appointment. Initially he told us to allow 2 days but they were able to complete the job in 1 day - a bonus! We are pleased with this transaction from start to finish and would highly recommend Todd and Advanced Fence and Gate.

They were more than $600.00 over the closest competitor, or 13% higher on a relatively simple fence installation. IWhile I liked Todd, he did not appear to be listening to me while inspecting the property and measuring for the fence materials. The estimate was incorrect in several key areas, most notably he showed a portion of existing fence as being removed and replaced while in actuality this section was to be left in place.

He was kind, quick, and efficient. From the time I placed the order to the time of installation it was less then 4 weeks. The gate is beautiful and tailored to the style of our house. Works wonderful and is light weight. Opens and closes smoothly. I couldn't be happier

Todd came out the same day I called to give me an estimate for the work. He answered all of my questions regarding wood vs. steel posts. He even walked around the corner to look at the a fence that I liked. He emailed the drawings and estimates to me the next day. It was easy to just sign them and send them back with deposit information. The crew arrived on the agreed upon date and removed the existing broken fence and gates and replaced it with a new cedar fence as agreed upon. The crew was professional and friendly and nice to my crazy dog. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would use Advance Fence and Gate again in the future.

Todd came over, assessed the scope of work, and gave an estimate of the project cost. Three weeks after his visit, we decided to go ahead with Advanced. A crew of two people came in on time and completed the project within two days. They were very professional and helpful in giving advice; we changed the fence design midway and they executed the adjustment quickly, properly and within reasonable cost. They even adjusted the downspout along the way. The finished project looked great.

Todd was prompt at coming by to give an estimate and patient while we made up our mind. I liked that he didn't pressure us - but let us decide on our own. They had the best price after receiving several other quotes. We had to wait a while for the fence to come in - but I think that's because it was a custom height. Once it arrived, scheduling the install was immediate. The two employees who installed were incredibly efficient. I also appreciated that they didn't make gigantic holes for the posts - I was worried we'd end up with big concrete spots on the yard, but they are very subtle and blend in.
