Ezra went above and beyond, taking a lot of care to ensure we caught all the door locks and removing knobs that should have been passage instead of locked. He also had recommendations on garage door installation, an uneven door in my home, and upgrade recommendations without being pushy at all. Hopefully I never get locked out, but if I do, I'll be on the phone with Ezra right away! And when I finally decide on a consistent decorating style, I'll call him again to rekey!

Stargate was perfect! I bought a condo and wanted to change the locks as soon as possible. Stargate provided me with a very attractive quote and offered to perform the work within 2-3 hours. They arrived promptly, were exceptionally friendly and professional, and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Stargate installed two security locks. Initial visit was same day service (within the hour, really). We ordered two new locks and when they arrived a few days later, Stargate installed them immediately and expertly. Easy scheduling. Bonus: our tech was extremely good with our anxious, barking dog; we'd locked the dog away but tech asked to say 'hi' and calmed him down immediately. Great service all around!!!

Stargate Lock Services did a great job with the rekeying job. Not were our multipoint locks rekeyed, but were also able to extract a key from one of the locks. I would highly recommend Stargate Lock Services
