The service was done efficiently and Ezra was kind enough to show me each step of what he was doing so that I could follow along. Very responsive to all questions I had and everything was done well.

Ezra was fantastic! Price was fair and the work was done very well. He helped us shop for the right product to install and went above and beyond by helping to trouble shoot some other issues regarding our doors. The keys he made on site fit the old locks like a dream. Would definitely hire him again and will recommend to anyone needing a new lock installed or old locks rekeyed.

He was able to fit me in to his schedule quickly, was prompt, and reasonably priced. He even fixed the alignment of another door that was hard to lock that wasn’t part of the original plan to change locks.

This was an excellent experience. He fixed my front door and made all ofmy external doors the same key. I had Baldwin locks and it was a litle tricky,but Ezra did it great. Ezra contacted me about making new keys for my house, which I had misplaced. He said he would call me tomorrow to see if I had found them or for him to come to see if the lock needed to be changed or if new keys just needed to be made. Great work, knew exactly what to do to replace my mailbox lock. I thought I needed the post office to come and open the lock for me, but he explained to me none of this was necessary! Great guy, and even helped me carry a sofa upstairs. 5 stars - would recommend.
