We had a rental unit with a mold problem in one of the bedroom closets, so we needed to have the issue addressed as soon as possible. Roy was able to come out the same day we spoke to take a look, diagnose the issue, and then estimate the work to be done and also provided the estimate by the end of the day. Premier Restoration Services was able to address our issue faster than anyone else and the work was outstanding. Although we did receive a mold remediation quote that came in lower, the work estimated with the other company was not as extensive. We highly recommend Roy and Premier Restoration Services not only for mold remediation but also for any remodeling / repair needs!

Roy came out right away to assess the moisture. He could smell the mold instantly and it was verified with the moisture reader. His team came in that week and did a great job. They kept the area clean and the repair of the drywall looks like nothing happened! He was very transparent about pricing and what to expect each step of the repair process. Would highly recommend Roy!
