This was the best renovation/remodeling project I've ever experienced. It was a significant renovation of our second home. It was completed on time and within budget and the work is quality. I was kept informed every step of the way by Roy and there were absolutely no surprises. I give Premier my strongest recommendation.

Ronne and his team were fantastic in putting charm back into a 1930s Dutch Colonial I purchased in Highland Park. Arched doorways, refinished floors and got other immediate needs done including a facelift to the primary ensuite, spray foam insulation and drywalling the addition, and electrical updates. Very responsive, honest, reasonable and easy to work with. Quality work and very professional. This is my third rehab and by far best experience yet! Can't wait to use Premier for future projects.

We had the best experience with Ronne and his team. They are friendly, professional and made sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom. They worked nonstop and our remodel was done earlier than expected. These guys know what they’re doing and I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

If you need a remodeling job look no further. Roy and his team are AMAZING. We had them remodel our kitchen, put in a new entertainment unit, update a powder room and install beautiful lighting too. We lived out of state during the whole renovation. Roy is an excellent communicator. He kept us up to date and sent photos. Our unit that he remodeled was in an old building and very complicated. He and his team were dedicated, patient and so talented. He had our project completed AHEAD of schedule. Who ever hears of that these days? Our neighbors commented that his team were professional. We can not say enough wonderful things about Roy and his team.

I had a great experience working with Ronnie on my 2 bathroom gut jobs. They were difficult plumbing work in a historical home. He did a thorough estimate and was quick and transparent in communicating issues that would increase the budget. He was responsive when unforeseen problems arose and brought in the expertise needed to do the job right. Other quotes wanted to charge for design retainers, these are extras not needed when you know what you want and have a quality contractor to do the job for you.

Roy and his team did a phenomenal job with the partial remodels of my primary bathroom and powder room. Roy did an excellent job of communicating upfront the full breakdown of what they would provide vs what I needed to provide in terms of materials, which was incredibly helpful. The entire logistical/administrative process from start to finish was seamless and easy to navigate. The actual work done (shout out to Greg and Stanley!) was incredible, and I am over the moon with the finished product! The guys who were here in my home working each day were so talented as well as lovely and fun to have around. Premier Remodeling Services was a referral from a friend who had used them a few times and I will most definitely refer them to anyone who is looking to have work done in their home. I could not be happier with the final outcome, and have already started talking to them about another project I want to tackle in my home.

Roy and his team were so great and easy to work with. They recently completed my kitchen refresh project (cabinets painted, new countertop and new backsplash) and it turned out beautifully. The quote was on par with what I had anticipated spending, and they completed the entire job in 5 days--much faster than I would have expected. Roy was very responsive to all of my questions and Greg was great to work with as well--they went above and beyond to find a specialty hinge for an old cabinet door and Greg even fixed my broken back door just as a nice favor. Would definitely recommend and work with again for future projects.

Roy & his team did an amazing job to remodel both of our bathrooms at once in 3 weeks! They were very respectful of our home during construction, which allowed us to continue to live at home throughout the process. The team was dedicated to doing quality work, and we were very impressed with their professionalism. Roy stopped by everyday to check on the progress, which showed his commitment and attentiveness throughout the entire process. I'd recommend this team for anyone looking to do a remodel.

I wanted to share a wonderful experience that we recently had with Premier Remodeling Services. Before hiring Ronne & Roy, I met with about 5 different contractors. I never got the "this is it" feeing until I met these two gentlemen. I knew right away that we wanted them to renovate our home. They were impressive from the first meeting. Once hired, they showed up on time, stayed late and finished the job with two weeks to spare (gasp)! Their estimate was thorough, clear and most important -- accurate. We were wowed by every little detail, way they covered our floors and respected our home. They were honest, didn't cut corners or try push us on anything. Ronne and Roy showed up very frequently and the sub (Junior) was incredible. He was so very diligent and along with Mr. Abel, I knew out home was being taken care of. They were all reachable 24/7, explained everything in detail before and during the process. We were so impressed that we plan to hire them again to renovate our bathrooms. Some of the things we had done were - full kitchen renovation, adding overhead lighting to the older part of our home, adding wainscotting througout the formal living / dining room. Only half of it had it, and they had to match it. Renovating our stone fireplace and making it a marble one and many other things that were not cosmetic but we wanted done. Beautifully! While there are always surprises with remodels, everything was handled quickly and professionally. It was an extremely easy remodel to live through and the end result is beautiful. Ronne, the project manager, was in touch every day about what to expect and to address any concerns. When he was not available, Roy, partner, was there, or Ashleigh.

The work was a small job, but Premier treated it like it was a very important project. They came when they said, called to confirm and to check up, they came back to check on workmanship and make sure I was satisfied. The workmen were clean and net and the work itself was highly professional.

Just had Premier Remodeling rehab a 21-year-old kitchen. I'm VERY pleased with the work. Roy was responsive, got back to me quickly with answers, and the work went quickly and smoothly. Once I signed the contract, he presented me with a daily schedule, and—believe it or not—he kept everything on schedule so that the kitchen was finished in under two weeks. I was skeptical to work with a GC that used subcontractors, as I had a really bad experience redoing our master bath a couple of years ago. I expressed my hesitation to Roy, and he assured me that the guys who work with him do so on a regular basis, and that he had the utmost confidence in their ability to keep to his schedule. He was right. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was nice and considerate, hard-working, and arrived everyday on time. And the results are gorgeous--I wish I had done this to my kitchen a decade ago. Thank you, Roy and company.

Renovation took 6-7 weeks, completed on time. I moved out during the process, and put all belongings into storage. This enabled them to work on different areas simultaneously and did not require moving furniture. Roy often saw details I did not notice, made recommendations for additional improvements. He was on-site daily, and completely on top of the project at all times. To boot, Roy is a good human being - honest, kind, efficient, and warm. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.

Where do I begin with Roy and his team? Everyone told me I was crazy to think we could get an entire gut rehab accomplished in a 2 month time frame. Roy promised me the world and OVERDELIVERED!!!! SO rare for a contractor as we all know delays are enviable with rehab work. NOT WITH ROY! He was extremely competent during the entire process and put my comfort, as the client, as absolute top priority. I was incredibly impressed with his communication skills and ability to be the liaison between all moving parts + sub contractors (who were all delightful and professional). He minimized my stress during the chaos. I bothered him at all times of the day and his response time was unmatched. Again, so unexpected in this line of work. I am a professional real estate broker in the market and have never met someone who was able to deliver the results like Roy and team. Best decision I’ve made to hire him! He was pleasant, friendly, timely, kind and a true expert. He had compassion for me and was thorough about explaining each component. Of course, we encountered hurdles once opening walls and Roy diminished my anxiety. He had great ideas and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy. He is a true perfectionist and took incredible pride in his work. I also appreciated his willingness to handle items outside of his job description. He treats you like family!!!!! Roy and his team were great to work with. They were extremely accommodating to our tight construction timeline before we moved in to our home, worked efficiently, and did very high quality work. They also were great with communicating progress and sending pictures as they worked to keep us up to date and aware of any unexpected issues that they discovered while repairing our bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Premier Restoration Services is by far the most superior company I have ever worked with. Having worked with contractors over the past 30 years, I found Roy and his team to be reliable, skilled, and diligent in delivering on-time, high quality, excellent work. Beyond that Roy is a person of honesty and ethics. His team did a complete make over of my condo. During the work, a window was accidentally broken. Roy quickly responded took care of the matter and made what could have been difficult very easy and pleasant. I will ALWAYS hire Premier!

It went well. For the shower stall, he went and looked for what I needed and it was a pretty big job. I wanted something with black and he found just the right thing for the tile and and the floor. He was very pleasant and very nice to work with.
