The estimation and product selection was not a hard sell. The estimator, who was also an owner, was helpful in picking out products (doors, hardware) that worked in our situation and for our house. I was very pleased with the overall project, the professionalism of the workers, and the quality of the work. We have an old house, so nothing is square or quite matches new construction dimensions; I am also very picky. My expectations were exceeded for quality of installation. The trim required to tie the new doors into the adjacent siding was straight and true and clean. We have old woodwork trim inside, which they handled with care and reinstalled as if it had not been disturbed. The workers arrived on time, left the site clean, were friendly and willing to answer our questions. They didn't leave any touch-up painting or trim issues for me to deal with when the project was completed - this was important to me. I gave a "good" rating for price because it was a good price, reasonable for the work done, but not an excellent deal monetarily. A "good" rating for responsiveness is because they only called us the day before doing the installation to verify the installation date. They were able to move it later if my scheduled hadn't allowed me to do it the next day, but still, a bit more notice would have been better. Only two minor items (I am picky) I would do differently in the future related to the finish colors of the door itself, which may be more of a manufacturer or ordering issue. One was the mullions inside the glass, which are white. We purchased a door painted different colors on both sides, which don't match the white of the mullions. Apparently we could have gotten mullions on the exterior of the glass that we could have painted to match the door. This won't be noticeable once we hang a curtain, but we'd probably do it differently next time. The inside paint color of the door also wasn't as dark as the stain of the existing woodwork in our house. Again, not a big issue, but perhaps we'd paint it ourselves next time to get a better match. Overall, I was thrilled with the installation and quality of the product and would definitely hire Mainstream again.

Superb! Selected this company based on word-of-mouth from other extremely satisfied customers. Then we interviewed them at a home show. They are the only company in town that works with 25-foot lengths of vinyl siding. No seams! Extremely knowledgeable staff. Key words: Incredibly proficient technical craftsmanship by justifiably proud technicians. Special teams - roofers and siders - have worked together as teams for years. Very little verbal communication - these gentlemen just looked at each other and fully understood every thought. Safety? They are the ONLY home improvement company I've seen actually install ridge hookups (for safety harnesses) and gutter-edge toe boards. They hooked their safety harnesses every minute they were on the roof. Incredibly conscientious of debris throughout all phases and impeccable cleaner-than-before cleanup upon completion. They arrived within 5 minutes of specified time every day. Neat and clean clothes every day. Conversation clean enough for church. Supervisors came to the site at least once every day. Supervisor came alone the day after for an extremely thorough walk-around, then returned again, by appointment, about a month later to inquire whether we had noticed anything else. Many comments by neighbors and even passers-by - everyone was extremely, favorably, impressed with the meticulous diligence, the masterful craftsmanship, the gentlemanly crews, the quality materials, and the overall results. Mainstream's best reference is their work! Superlative! Highest recommendation!

Overall we are very satisfied with Mainstream Home Improvement. Steve (Sales Rep) from Mainstream came out and gave us an estimate for both the house and the garage. I was happy to know that they could do both types of roofing. The flat roof required a lot of work, they installed a new rubber membrane. Steve gave us the estimate and we decided to go with Mainstream, because they do not outsource their business. They have their own employees/crews who are permenant employees. They are also OSHA certified and follow all laws. Mainstream started on 14 November and finished on 20 November. The crew consisted of 5 employees. The Crew Chief, Kyle, is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever met. He and his crew are super, they arrived each day early, worked until dark. They cleaned up the site each day, there was no mess left from the days work. We received daily phone calls from Mainstream Office to ask if everything was going ok and was there any concerns that needed to be addressed. We had a final inspection/walk through with Dave from Mainstream, we filled out a Customer Servey form and we were happy to give an excellant rating for Mainstream. We highly recommend Mainstream for your roofing projects.

They completed job very quickly and did outstanding work. Thet even replaced old wood on the frame and the workers were very professional.I would definitely recommend them

They were really polite and helpful. I had a couple of people coming to me to give the quote and when they came, they came with their products. So overall they were very good and with the customer service. I would recommend them to a family member or a friend.
