"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Did much research on companies 1st b/c I was aware of scams with duct cleaning. But this company is very legitimate professional - techs and receptionist, all the way around! Top quality service! On time and will answer any questions and explain it all in great detail? very polite and professional. And yes, they will take photos throughout if you want to see exactly the differences of before and after. I had bought a 1959 home which had never been cleaned. See my before/after photos. Before, I kept having to wipe off my counter tops a few times a day because they always felt gritty. After the duct cleaning, they stay clean now - A HUGE DIFFERENCE! The guys were awesome and went above and beyond by also helping me carry a heavy appliance from upstairs to my basement. Very nice guys! "They knocked down the hornets nest, however they do have a predatory contract. I only needed them for one thing. The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices. Good luck! "

"I have used Critter Control for many years. I used them because their employees were invariably knowledgeable about the various animals often telling me from clues left by the animals exactly what type of animal I was dealing with. They have now been bought out by a large company and it seems as if a lot of that knowledge has left. I recently hired them to deal with animals, I assumed possums. They have changed their pricing structure from a per animal charge to a flat fee. They explained that before hand and while pricey, I was willing to deal with it because of the good experiences I had had in the past. They came out and caught immediately a baby possum. Afterward, I got up the scat so I would know if there were others. There were although the employee thought it wasn't more scat just mud. I pointed out that when it had been fresh, it was obviously scat. I also suggested that they might want to move the traps as I did not think it reflected where the animals had been going. Long story short, they only caught the one possum and left. I hired another company and on day one, they caught two more. I won't use Critter Control again as they now seem to lack the basic knowledge that long ago drew me to them."
