Provider arrived in less than 24 hour from my call. Punctual. I felt it was a fair price. Very pleased. I would recommend this provider to others.

Beverly Garage door showed up punctual. My garage door would close but continually bounce back up once it hit the ground. I had to hit the opener numerous times before it would stay shut. Beverly said they could do the job and perfrom maintenance if needed. I had to go to work this day so they called me and met with my daughter. They showed her and called me stating exactly why the door was bouncing back up, the gear was bad. He changed the gear so the limit switch would make and also recommended that I change the wheels on the door so the door would roll effortlessly. He called me for approval to proceed with a quote of $150 and told my daughter everything showing her all new parts out of the box before installing. He performed all the work within ~30 min. I can not believe how my garage door operates now, you don't even hear the door moving it is so silent. It also stays down now when I press the opener, on the first press of the opener, OMGosh! I'm sooo thankful as when I came in late sometimes we had to spend 10 minutes pressing the door opener to close once the door would go down. It was annoying and a safety risk. He was just super. Came out the same day I called, Exactly on time. He was done quickly and even found that the power setting wasn't set right which causes the opener to act up in the winter.

There are heavy wire cables that do the lifting, one on each side of the door. One of them snapped and left us with a lopsided garage door. I called Beverly after hours, and at 8PM they called me back. Said they would "work me in" the next day. At 8:45AM, Jim arrived, fixed the door, and was on his way in 30 minutes. Whoosh! Problem solved! And for only 65 bucks. What great service! I wish I could get them to fix my car!

This was a home warranty service where the deductible was 100 dollars. From other reviews it seems that this same service would have cost about the same just by calling as a regular customer. I put in the request with the warranty company after normal business hours, but I was still contacted within an hour by this company to set up an appointment for two days later when I could be home. He arrived early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He did not try to push other services and actually pointed out that the springs were new and the previous owners of the house had taken care of it. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very fast installation process. The workmen were friendly and communicative. They installed everything, including new rollers on the door, in less than 2 hours. They told me how to get internet access to the door so that we could close it remotely from anywhere in the world. And it works great! We are alerted via cell phone if the door opens whenever or wherever we happen to be. Overall, highly recommend this service provider!

John was great. Came round to fix the garage door the same day and exactly on time. He found and fixed the problem within 30 mins and also identified another problem we had with a part that was deteriorating. He replaced that in 15mins. Price was very reasonable too

I called to request service in the morning. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I had originally thought the cable had broke. The service man was very honest and told me that it only came loose and would not need to be replaced. He had it fixed within 20 minutes and only charged me for a service call. I would definitely use them again.

The Panel and Braces: John came out and assessed and quoted a price ($432 - soup to nuts) for the items/work. I scheduled him to do it as soon as the panel came in. It arrived a couple of weeks later and John was there the next day. Total time onsite was less than an hour. As I said before, very professional and thorough. Then we talked about the door opener. I have two in my garage and one was very old and had a sagging chain. That was bad because, though the door opened and closed fine, it would rub against the panel of the door. New Garage Door Opener: John quoted a new LiftMaster ($275 - soup to nuts) opener. This was a Tuesday. He apologized for not having one on hand to install but that he could be back tomorrow with one. THAT IS SERVICE! We scheduled for the Thursday. He was onsite within a reasonable amount of time and had the new unit installed and ready to go in under an hour. Site was cleaned up and work was very good. I wholeheartedly recommend John.

Job estimate was delivered in a timely manner and I thought it was a very good/competitive price. The garage door and opener installation was done in the morning and looked good when I inspected. I did notice later on the garage door was not closing properly about half the time. Contacted Beverly doors twice and the second time they came out and adjusted this. Now it looks to be working just fine. I'm satisfied with results/price/job and have already recommended to someone else nearby who was asking me for details. So of course I'd recommend to others.

They arrived at my home as scheduled. They inquired about the problem. I gave them detailed description of the problem. It took them barely 30minutes to solve the problem , they were very meticulous in their work. I will recommend them to others.

As I recall for this work it was done on time and was easy to schedule. The service was performed as expected and works well. I would recommend them and use them again.

John and his assistant arrived within the two hour window given. The installation was completed in approximately half and hour and they also took care of another minor issue I had with another door.

It was a last minute job as the springs on my door broke, I was able to schedule them for Friday after New years. I did not like that he was not sure what time they would be out but I understood as they had a few jobs before me. But they called 2 times the morning of appointment to keep in touch with when they would be out and they were prompt. fixed the springs quickly. Talked to me about what I may want in future( I already know I am going to need more work). Overall great experience. Thanks Angies list.

The tech was great! Turns out I didn't need a garage door after all, he repaired mine and saved me about 200 dollars! I would definitely recommend Beverly Doors!

Excellent. John was very professional and helpful. Our garage door opener had been acting up for months and rather than try to sell us a new one, he made the repairs that were necessary to allow use of the old. Very honest. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him in the future.

Prompt service, excellent results

I was having problems with the opener. Sometimes the door would open or close with the remote and sometimes I needed to use the wall button. Also, during the cold weather, the door wouldn't fully close. The technician (I didn't get his name), came out, replaced the sensors and adjusted the opener. That's all it was! I then asked him what parts of the door/opener needed to be lubed, what parts didn't need it, and what brand of lube to use. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely call Beverly Garage Doors for all future repairs.
