With ease! Quick response and reasonably priced. Sent query on Wednesday evening, work was completed this morning. Balanced door, replaced some parts and replaced cracked weatherstripping.

Very smooth; timely arrival. Replaced garage opener battery; checked door.

Everything went well, The two installers arrived early, and quickly took care of business. They took down the old garage door, and took it with them. They installed the new garage door, and hooked it up to the existing opener. John came by on Saturday to make sure everything went well, and to program our car to door opener.

Aug-Sept 2017. John was responsive, straightforward and creative in fitting new steel doors to the non-standard door frames on the garage. There were some minor structural issues with the garage that showed up after installation of the main door, but John came back and promptly addressed these. John's dog, Einstein, was an affable and diligent supervisor. Price was lower than other quotes.

Came out almost immediately to give an estimate. Explained our choices in doors and openers. Installation done within the week. Took away old door and other materials. Cleaned up area. Price was very reasonable for work done and we were happy to use a little cal business.

In June 2017 John installed two new garage door springs and related parts on the garage door at our home. He provided us with a 2-year warranty on parts & labor. In April 2018 we noticed that one side of the garage door wasn’t closing completely. We called John and he came back to our house and diagnosed the problem (cable slipped), fixed it, and didn’t charge us (because this particular problem was covered by his warranty). Our experience with John (Beverly Garage Doors) has been consistently positive and we highly recommend him for garage door related products and service.

Beverly Garage Doors technician, John, previously installed a garage door opener and new springs for the garage door on our house. Despite my kind of Frankenstein garage (newer door on very old tracks), he was able to make the system run smoothly (and quietly). He gave me the heads up that at some point the very old tracks will probably fail, and provided a reasonable estimate for upgrading when it’s necessary. He was responsive and on time and professional—I will hire him again when my tracks fail (which, you know, I’m hoping won’t be for awhile).

John came out and inspected garage door. Upon inspection he stated that rollers were in good working condition. He also helped getting keypad to work. He was unable to fix my rubber part on garage door as it was custom. He needs to come back a different time to replace as he did not have the part and I am little ways out. John did not charge me for the visit today. He gave me a new estimate for the work needed. Very professional and appreciate the honesty.

They were fantastic! They were able to resolve this issue without any problems and didn't charge for a service call. The guys are professional, punctual (always ahead of time), and reasonable. I called first thing on a Monday morning and left a message. An half hour later, I received a call back stating someone could arrive at my house in 30 minutes. He arrived and went right to work. He fixed the springs, replaced the rollers and even reinforced the overhead studs. Lastly, he GAVE me a safety latch!!! I was so grateful and relieved to finally have a working garage door.
