The service was okay. They fixed the door. We thought they were going to replace the rollers, but they just fixed it. They straightened it out or something, but they did not change everything like they should. It is working though. Their responsiveness was fine. I would not use them again only because they did not do what their ad said.

They did a good job. I didn't close until March, so it was in April when he did the work. He made an exception for me. I appreciate him for making the exception/ for coming out to Plainfield for me when he knew that Plainfield was far and it was out of his area. He honored it for me and that, I do appreciate.

John was great! He responded promptly, very courteous and knowledgeable. John did not try to talk us into anything, in fact he gave us advice on keeping what we have for the time being. It was a pleasure to have someone come into our home and not try to take advantage of our circumstance. We will definitely use Beverly Garage Doors again!

John was awesome! He was able to come the same day I called and he was a pleasure to deal with. He got our door up and running in no time. While he was here he was also able to provide me with a price for a new door on the spot. I would highly recommend this company.

John was perfect. Answered the phone when I called. Came out to my house within a couple of hours. Fixed replaced the broken spring within about 15-30 minutes. Very knowledgeable. Very nice. Good price and honored the Angie's list coupon of $30 off. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend him.

On January 18, 2016, called Beverly Garage Doors and left a voicemail for a call back. About 10 minutes later John Wiedow called. I informed him that the garage door opener light did not come on even when I put a new bulb in. John did not hesitate, he asked me how old was the remote to the garage door. I told him at least 10 years old and then he asked what type of bulb had I used and told him a LED light bulb. He said the LED bulb wouldn't work because for older garage door openers a LED bulb does not screw down far enough to touch the electrical connection. John said for me to try using a regular incandescent bulb. I tried it and bingo it worked!!!. John took the time to walk me through what the problem was with the light and didn't charge me anything. Thank you John for your honesty! I've used Beverly Garage Doors service several times in the past and each time John was prompt, personable, very responsive, and perform quality work.

He was very nice and thorough. He gave me a courtesy call before coming out. It took him about 15 mins for the repair and he had the parts on hand. When I spoke to him on the telephone he was very sure of the problem and came prepared. Very kind gentleman. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Made a request this morning. John get back to me very quickly. Came out a short while later and fixed my garage door, changed the light bulbs in the opener, and programmed my remote.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Prompt service. Courteous. Reasonable price.

Jim was just awesome. Friendly yet professional. Installed the new garage door opener in no time at all, tested it, helped me set my PIN/access code, and even replaced a hinge on my garage door. My favorite part of course was that Jim set the keypad to my level - I am short and hate it that keypads are above my head and when I enter my access code, the whole neighborhood can see. Well, now, I don't have to reach up and can safely enter my access code. Thanks, Jim :)

I didn't realize when I purchased the Big Deal that Beverly Garage Doors does not typically service the Evanston area. But John was still willing to come out and perform the service. We scheduled for a Saturday and not only did he recondition the rollers and install the keypad, he noticed a broken hinge on my garage door (which I thought was just a dent) and fixed that for $4! Not sure I have ever had a repair cost only $4. Would definitely use again (assuming John would be willing to come out to Evanston).

Contact was expediantly made. Workers showed up on time. The vendor actually provided a newer model than that of the Liftmaster advertised at no extra cost. All in all a good experience.

Excellent work and very committed. There was some confusion over the date and time of the appointment and BEVERLY over-delivered on making sure they got the job done on-time and as promised. Very impressed and highly recommend them for any and all garage door needs.

We called John from Beverly back in 2012 and received excellent service. In August my parents garage door would not open or close. I called John and he assessed our situation and provided details on 3 options. What impressed me most is that he never once tried to push the more expensive options nor did he try to talk my parents into work that was not necessary.

They were Great! John arrived on time, told me that the job would only take 20 minutes, which I did not believe, and he made due with all the stuff in my garage. John was finished in 20 minutes (!) and my garage door has never sounded so good or moved so well. Who knew! Will definitely use them for any garage door needs!

Not too long ago, the springs on our garage door opener broke, and we got them replaced via a quick google search since I needed them replaced immediately. The price for the emergency spring replacement was about 390. Not long after that our garage door opener broke, and the original installer said the motor was just old, and a new one would cost around 500 to install. Since it wasn't an emergency situation, I went to Angie's list, and we should have done that the first time. With the purchase of the coupon they installed a new garage door opener with two remotes and a keypad for LESS than the price of the springs. Not only that, but the installer let us know that the springs were not the proper size for our door. In other words, the new springs we got CAUSED our motor to break. They offered to replace the springs at a very reasonable price, and were able to do it within a day of my phone call. Lesson learned, use Angie's list, and use Beverly Garage Doors, you'll get better service and a better price than any google search.

It was really minor, what I have done but I was pleased. They came out right away. They were very responsive. They got it working for us. What I have done was very simple but they were very responsive and helpful. They got the job done. The price was fair. I have no negative interactions with them at all.

As described above, all of this was done the next day. John was polite and efficient and you could see that he was very familiar with garage doors. Work flowed very smoothly and without hesitation. You could tell that he is a very experienced person in his field. On top of that, he is very friendly. What more can someone ask for? If needed for other garage work, I will definitely use him again and really recommend anyone to check with him before committing with someone else for the job. You will not be disappointed.

It was great - he was responsive, flexible, and offered me a new offer to get me both a touch pad entry plus the internet version I had ordered. Now I have both for the same price! And he foxed that hanging piece of trim - when I noticed and thanked him, he just shrugged and said that he had nails and a hammer ion his truck so he just tacked it up for me! He was fast and efficient, even when I had to reschedule the first planned appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend John and Beverly garage Doors - fantastic and friendly service.
