Description of Work: They were great! We had issues with our garage door opening at random times. We had another provider service it in the spring, so weren't interested in another "fix." They came out when they said the would and installed a new door, rollers, adjusted the door and walked me through setting up the "ap" on my phone. I would definitely recommend them!!

Description of Work: Replace broken spring, and replaced damaged and worn hinges and brackets. Realigned garage door that had fallen out of place as result of broken hinges. Also installed new key pad opener. John was great. Provided service that was required and didn't push for additional work. Was prompt and professional. Would definitely use again.

I called early in the morning and they hard a repair person at my house within four hours. The repair person arrived within the time window they quoted me. He worked efficiently to replace the broken spring and at my choosing the second spring. The repair person took the extra effort to check the settings on the garage door opener and recommended changes to address problems that I have had in winter months.

He sent it to me later and left it to me for programming and never programmed our cars. Much more interested in getting to the next job than making sure we were satisfied.
