Beverly Garage Doors

I called to get an estimate and make sure they serviced our area (Oak Park, Forest Park, River Forest). I told them about our problem with the existing garage door opener, shared that we just needed a basic model that would do a good job and asked about the opener with the coupon. John asked about the size of the garage door and a few other questions and then suggested a less expensive model that would still do a great job. John was super accommodating to our busy schedule, called when he was on his way and even called again when he was close. When he got there he looked at the existing garage door and told me he thought he could fix it. I wasn't convinced but he said he would rather fix it than to sell me a garage door opener that we didn't need. WOW! You have to love a businessman who is talking you out of spending extra money unnecessarily. John then went to town on the faulty garage door opener and his associate went to work on the other 2 garage doors. They discovered that 2 of the garage doors were painted shut over the summer and worked to get everything unstuck. John's associate also worked on the tracks, rollers and general maintenance on those two garage doors. By the time he was done they worked better than they ever had and were super quiet. When John was done, the garage door opened perfectly! I was amazed as I really thought it was beyond repair. Apparently it just needed a qualified person to take care of it, which I am not ;) By the time it was all said and done all 3 garage doors opened and closed smoothly, quietly and better than ever before. The garage door opener was fixed and all of the tracks and rollers had been serviced. I am VERY happy with the experience and will definitely use Beverly Garage Door again.

First service person couldn't match the rollers as we have an old door. Brought owner back the following week and finished the job. Since there were 2 rollers that didn't need to be replaced, offered to refund part of the Big Deal, but I was so impressed with honesty and efficiency, I told him to keep it. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!

John Wiedow arrived on time. They went to straight to work. They were very clean and neat. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. While they were hanging the new door they accidently knocked over a gas container. They cleaned the spill and waited for the fumes to die off. They cleaned all of their garbage.

Excellent company. Called on Thursday. Came by on Sunday to measure and provide a quote. Door installed on Tuesday. Very happy with the service and price and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I actually a brand new door, but cannot get one at this time. He came out and did a few quick fixes so it will last until I can replace it, then a few months later he came out again when the door jumped off the rollers. They did a great job for a reasonable price!

John gave an approximate time of arrival, and they called when they where in the neighborhood, right on time. He explained what was going to be done, and in no time flat, the old door and opener where removed. The new door was installed, along with the opener, and they answered my questions as they worked. When the job was complete, they demonstrated and explained the new door's operation and it's safety features, including programming the keypad. They also explained how to program the built in remote feature in my car. They where prompt, polite and courteous.

It turned out well. They did what they said they would and we have had no problems.

Talked to John over the phone & he was able to diagnose the garage door opener's problem and offered a much cheaper fix compared to replacing the whole unit. He knew what he was doing and and got the door opener up & running reliably. I will definitely call with any problems in the future.

Bought a garage door tuneup and intallation of a key pad on the delas section of Angoes List. I was able to book an appointment quickly and they came out on time to do the work. I also needed a spring replaced which was $15. Great service and price. Highly reccomended.

Installers were timely and professional, made sure everything was working and instructed on how to use the new features and options.

My door was very quiet for a few months, but right now it is starting to make noise again. I suspect I have to oil the hinges again as they recommended.

They installed the pad, inspected the door and tightened all screws and bolts and oiled appropriate parts. They were prompt and nice and we were very happy with their work.

I was contacted promptly to set up an appointment which we did. I was given a 2-hour window with the promise to call when they were on the way. They called and arrived about an hour into the 2 hour window. They replaced the rollers, made adjustments, installed the key pad (& showed my how to use it) and replaced the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door (additional cost which I okayed). I was very happy with the service and would recommend them!

They showed up right on time and completed the work quickly and expertly! The door is now amazingly quiet and I love all the features of my new opener. They did a great job of giving me all the information and explaining everything I needed to know. I will surely call on them again for any future service or repair of our doors!

My garage door opener would not work. John came on Friday and worked on the opener. After about 45 min/ he said that he needed a part and couldn't get it until Monday. He returned today and finished the job.xes the garage door opener

Joe is a down to earth professional who is courteous, and on time. He calls you back quickly and arrives when he says he will. His prices are low and his work is awesome.

I rate them very highly and they were excellent. I like that they were on time, they said that they were going to come and give me an estimate; they were willing to come out and give me a free estimate, so I thought that was excellent. They were very reasonable, they explained everything, they were very smart and if they were going to be a little early, they would call me. They charged me for the service call and they had to come out twice. They were very good, I was very pleased with them and they call me back immediately. They appeared to be grateful for the business, so they had great quality and customer services. I would recommend them to others.
