I called early morning and spoke to John about my issue with my garage door not opening. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was able to leave my service door open so they could complete the work without me being home. They came out - fixed my door by replacing a gear. Didn't try to sell me a new door or unit! It was very quick and easy! He took the payment over the phone - so I never met him. Great guy - always always always answered the phone whenever I called. I appreciated that! Great! had problems with this garage door for 6 months or more, it would not close correctly, it would roll back up many times, before it close. I called John, Tuesday afternoon and made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon, He show up on time, got right to the problem and fixed it, then checked the door for other problems it had. He was very reasonable with his prices. Good Job John of Beverly Garage Door and Angies list that's why I became a member.

They installed the keyless pad and it doesn't work half of the time, and they came in looked at the sides of the doors slapped some grease on it and walked away. I felt that it wasn't worth the money because they were only here 10 or 15 minutes

I had ordered the Angie's Deal to replace the garage door rollers and receive a free remote. When John got here, he said the rollers were fine but the top panel was cracked which is why it wasn't closing properly. John ordered a new panel and installed it the next day - applying the Angie's Deal payment to the cost of the new work. He set the automatic keypad. When testing the door, he discovered a malfunctioning gear. After confirming with me, he fixed the gear so all is right with the door. Very friendly, efficient, professional service. Thanks John!

I took advantage of a promotion that Beverly Garage Doors was promoting on Angie's List for a new Liftmaster Garage Door opener, garage door tuneup, and roller replacement. I was promptly contacted by the company within 24 hours after completing the promotional form on Angie's List. We were moving into a new home two weeks before Christmas, and they worked with me to schedule the work so that it was done after we closed but before we moved in...a narrow window. They called on their way the morning of the appointment to let me know they were close. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. The two gentlemen were professional and friendly and took the time to answer any of my questions. My best friend was there helping me with the move, and he was so impressed he got their contact information so he could use them. The only minor glitch was they cut the wires mistakenly on the invisible fence transmitter which was located on the ceiling next to the old garage door opener. I'm not sure why it was located on the ceiling in the first place, and I had to have Invisible Fence out anyway for a service call, so it wasn't that big of a deal. But, lesson learned was to make sure I clearly mark things in the future (the cover was off of the transmitter). They cleaned up after themselves, and were done in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. And if I have any garage door related needs in the future, I will call them first.

The issue I had was not covered under the big deal so I requested a refund. The work they did do was wonderful and they were responsive and efficient.

This was my second time using their service on one of my properties They arrive promptly to inspect the doors operation and make sure it open and close properly and changed the rollers and made adjustments that was necessary.

The entire procedure was smooth. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. When he was finsihed, I gave him the $10 difference and signed off on the job. It was that simple!

I purchased the "big deal" on a Saturday and received a call the next day to make an appointment to get my garage door tuned up. They were able to come that Monday and completed the work very efficiently, plus the two technicians were extremely polite. I would definitely use Beverly Garage Doors again in the future.

They responded promptly to our initiatl call. They were punctual for their appoitment. They work with us to match the door to our association requirements. They communicated every step of the process and did an excellent job taking out the old garage door and installing a new one. Overall it was a great experience.

They did an excellent job. I guess because it was a big deal, it generated alot of purchases, so it took a while for them to get to me. But, the finished job was great. They were professional and courteous. I will definitely hire them again if needed.

Made an appointment.Prompt for appointment. Very helpful and courteous. Offered to re-program remotes that weren't working and didn't expect that. Door was binding and the new rollers fix problem. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

On Time Very Polite

Very professional work. Replaced my old garage door opener with a top-of-the-line liftmaster. My garage door is much more safer and easier to use. After the installation, they walked me through the features and showed me what to look out for should a problem arise. My wife and I are extremely happy. My wife especially loves the remote keypad they added to the outside. My new garage door opener is so quiet.

They are always quick to return calls, on-time, courteous and do quality work (and fast too)! Highly recommend.

First, I didn't expect Joe to contact me to set up an appointment. This was the first "star" he earned in the rating. Joe called the day of the appt to let me know they were near. My garage door opener had stopped working and instead of the conditioning service, I expected a "sales pitch" about how I needed a new garage door opener. No such thing happened. After letting Jow know what happened with the gararge door, he assured me that this happen and proceeded to correct the situation. Talk about service...the garage door opener runs wonderful.
