The repairman arrived at the agreed upon time. When I told the repairman I was in need of additional services, he diagnosed the problem immediately and informed me that he had the equipement to do the necessary repairs on his truck. The repairman quoted me a fair price and I allowed him to replace my garage door motor and rollers at the same time. The repairman performed the work quickly and professionall

They came when they said they would come; they came on time. My husband was at work and I was dealing with them. They were very helpful. They demonstrated how the garage door would work after they fitted it. They had no problem answering questions. They wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. Their price was good.

Very professional service. Was given a time frame window and then notified when repair person was in en route. Work was explained clearly, repair costs were all upfront, cleaned up work area when finished. Doors are now very quiet! We are very happy with the results. We recommend highly!

Beverly Garage team arrived on time, immediately went to work installing the new garage door opener. After installation, the service technician explained features and tested. Everything went smoothly. Talk about quiet, the new garage door opener is wonderful. The team from Beverly Garage was professional yet friendly. I hope I do not need their service for awhile (new door opener). I have been recommending them to a number of folks, though.

My garage door would not close; started to close at an angle! I called Beverly Garage Doors and they were willing to come out right away, but I had to postpone a few days since I couldn't take off from work. They came out on the following Saturday just as scheduled. These guys know what they're doing and they're very pleasant and professional. I am extremely pleased with this entire experience and with the quality of they're work. Price wasn't bad either.

Called the day after Christmas and scheduled for the 28th. Showed up on time and finished work quickly. Performed a tune-up, $99 angieslist special. Also noticed that the large gear and pulleys needed replacing so had that done, an extra $84. Garage door is working great and much quieter than before. They were friendly and professional, would use again.

As I pulled out of my garage I heard a loud noise. I initially thought that my tire had gone over a large rock that I saw on the floor of the garage. I tried letting my garage door down, but it only went down half way. I tried pulling it down manually, but had no luck. Since my husband was out of town on business, he told me to call a repairman. I came in the house and instantly logged onto Angie's List. I came across John's listing and read the reviews. I was impressed with what others had written about him so I called Beverly Garage Doors. John was friendly when I called him and told him what happened. He told me that he would be able to get to me within a couple of hours. He called me when he was close to my house. He did arrive within the time frame that he said during our phone call. He came and assessed the situation and informed me that we needed a new garage door, due to three panels being bent. He did not seem to get frustrated when speaking to my husband on the phone answering questions. Once it was decided that we would move ahead with getting a new door, John told me that he would squeeze me in the next day. I was appreciative of him getting us in as quickly as he did. He said he felt it was an emergency situation and wanted to service us before he went out of town. John told me that he would get to us the following day in the early afternoon. He could not give an exact time since he was fitting us in between other jobs. He was able to make it in the early afternoon. The installation of the new door took close to an hour. I came out and he compared/contrasted the old door from the new. He pointed out the changes he had done. He viewed the door with me from inside and outside of the garage. I did not feel as though he was in a rush. He took his time going over things with me and answered my questions. I would definitely refer him to a friend and use him in the future. Although, I hope me needing him again is a long way off.

They professionally presented me with the problem and what they needed to do to fix it. They completed the wrok quickly and professionally. If I need anything garage door oriented, I will definitely call Beverly Garage Doors!

They were responsive and did an awesome job fixing the door. It now works great and moves silently.

After purchasing the big deal John called me the next business day to set up an appointment. He was very flexible and was able to be at my house at a specific time on the day I requested. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm he was coming and he showed up on time - actually he was a little early. John provided excellent customer service and completed the work quickly.

Not much to tell, they were on time and it only took 30 min. No mess, have never had a problem with it!

I requested the service on Saturday 3/9/13 . Beverly Garage doors called the next day. We set up an appointment for the following Thursday. Thay arrived on time. They completed the installation of the keypad,the replacement of the steel garage door rollers with nylon ones, the alignment of the sensors and other routine maintenance within 30 minutes. After they finished they explained the operation of the keypad and the other work they did. They appeared very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

The day after I had purchased the Big Deal coupon, someone from Beverly called me to set up an appointment. They came the following week, and showed up right on time. I had been having some problems with my remote opener not working in the colder weather, and I thought that this would be a good opportunity to get that working again. However the serviceman that showed up told me that this was due to the age of my door opener, and although they "adjusted" the tension a bit on the springs they said they really couldn't fix the problem short of selling me a new opener. They installed the new keypad on the outside of the door frame. This works just fine (any temperature) but it is a bit of an incovenience to have to get out of your car and push the buttons each time you want the door to work. When the outside temperature warms up a bit, the old remote system works fine again. I guess I'll just have to deal with the inconvenience during the subfreezing portion of the year. Overall, they did what they said they would do, I just feel that for the price, it wasn't that great a bargain after all. I did get a new outside keypad out of the deal, which is great, but did I need new rollers at this time? Probably not. Would I have needed them eventually? Maybe.

John did a good job and suggested work that could be be done in the future. Not necessary now. Will have work done soon.

I have nothing but positive things to convey about Beverly Garage Door. The service was outstanding and when the product had a part go bad they were not only extremely responsive to the matter after the sale, they came out and fixed it on a Sunday morning!!! Outstanding.

Upon arrival they looked at our sensors and after the door still jammed John went over and made a minor adjustment which took all of 5 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair. I appreciated their honesty and integrity.

my old garage door need a tune up and my garage door key were not working well. So I decided to avail a promotional discounted tune up on my Garage. They called as soon as I booked my order and came the following day to do the work. They tried to do their job but my machine was just to old for a tune up and would be more wise just to replace the whole system. They gave me a very good price on a new system so i decided to go for it. These guys who did the work really knows what they are doing, they did the whole repair in les than an hour. I was amazed how good and professional they were. Great Job Guys!
