Beverly Garage Doors

Vendor arrived on time and immediately went to work performing advertised services. An additional inspection determined that, due to the age of the garage door hardware, the springs should be replaced. I plan on calling Beverly and scheduling said replacement in the very near future.

They were very prompt for the appointment and they solved my problem, which was a screeching sound when opening or closing the door. Very happy with the results.

He was nice and provided a good quote, but my hubby took over this project and decided to use another installer.

It went fine but I think even with that amount of money, it was overpriced for the amount of time that he spent there.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for a new garage door opener and keypad. I initially called John to set up an appointment within the week for installation. He called me back as promised the following day to provide the designed date and time range. He called the night before to confirm and also called the install day to inform me he was running 15 minutes late. John then arrived exactly 15 minutes later (traffic slowed due to rain) and went to work. Upon completing the install, John did a nice job of walking me through all the features of the garage opener. He set up the keypad, explained different scenarios concerning the lights, and tips on troubleshooting the sensors. The best part of all is he upgraded the opener (3265 vs. 3255) which now gives a lifetime warranty on the motor. Also, John was very efficient; taking less than a hour from start to finish. Although I still have a chain-driven opener, it is much more quiet than the prior opener! I would definitely use this company again; John gave invaluable tips on common errors he has seen others make regarding the alignment and maintenance of the sensors.

They arrived on time (10 minutes early) in a van marked with their name on the side. The two guys gave an introduction of who they were. I let them into my garage. They did not need me to move any of my cars they worked around them with out leaving a scrach or ding behind. They gave me some history about my garage door then explained to me what they were going to do to make things better. They installed new replacement parts like rollers and springs. They used the parts that were usable (saved me money). They came to fix one door but went above and beyond by oiling and loosening the second door and getting it to function properly at no extra charge. They even gave me a great quote on a garage door opener with two remotes. I was pleased and plan to call them back in the near future.

Beverly Garage Doors was excellent. I told them what I need then they came and installed it for me. I really appreciate them. They still work fine, it's pretty good. I didn't need to replace my old garage opener. They asked me to but I didn't do that so they just fixed it for me. They were pretty quick. I like them and I told my friends about them.

It went better than expected, they did a great job

My right lift spring snapped about 6:00pm on, Friday, 06/07/13 after putting my car in the garage and letting down the door. I found Beverly Garage on Angie's List that night. The information indicated that he services my area location and had multiple "A" ratings from previoius customers. I called them on Saturday, 06/08/13 at 8:45 am and left a voice message on their answering service. They called back within 20 minutes. They possibly could repair it that day, but they had other calls linde up for the day. So, we agreed on Monday, 06/10/13.. They called back about 5:00pm, Saturday, 06/08/13 night and left voice message, they would be able to get it done after all, but we head left the house for errands. So, they called Monday, 06/10/13, and said they woul arrive about 10:00 am. They arrived about 10:20am. They replaced both lift spring in about 20 minutes. I am completely satisfied with the work and the response. And will make them my garage vendor of choice for garage maintemance in the future.

We originally were going to replace the garage door opener but when the company representative looked at it, he said it just needed a replacement part, which saved us around $400. He fixed it right away. They were very pleasant and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent! I called at 7:30AM, spoke with John. He quoted me what I thought was a reasonable price, and very competitive compared to others I contacted. He had a morning job scheduled and said he could be at my house by noon. He called a half hour before he arrived and was at my house right on time. He immediately went to work, replaced the springs, made some adjustments, programmed the outside key pad that I never used becuase I didn't know the security code, straighten a rail, and even put a light bulb in the door opener for me. I will reccommend John and BEVERLY DOOR to anyone needing repairs. To use anyone other than BEVERLY DOOR would be a mistake, professional, skilled, and thorogh.

Last night, I had sent an email to Beverly Garage Door and I got a phone call that same night, saying they could come the next day. The time frame given was between 10 am and noon. They were a little late and my husband had called them to ask what was happening (they were about to call and would be there within 10 minutes). It took them about 30 minutes to find the source of the screeching, replace 4 pulleys, adjust track, and replace weatherstripping on bottom of door. Great work--no more screeching and door works smoothly.

Beverly Garage Doors did an excellent job. I called them and they offered to come the next day but I wasn't available until that Friday. They were prompt, stated what needed to be done, informed me of the price and went to work. They were in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with the work and the cost, including removal of the old door and parts after installation was similar to the cost that I expected based on reports from friends who had similar work done by other providers. Unlike some of the experiences related to me by my friends, my experience was excellent. The work was professionally performed and quickly completed (within about two or three hours. The work had the appearance of having been done by a professional.

Door moves like its brand new and not twenty years old.

Provider came on day he promised and in time-frame he told me he would. I knew it would not take him long given what the package was for. Provider replaced rollers and oiled the door. He showed me the remote and keyless entry so I could decide which one I wanted. Provider also leveled the door and replaced bearing ($5.00 part) for only the cost of the part. Saved me money in the long run and now the door is quieter and does not have the clicking noise that it did prior to the part replacement. Overall, I thought the provider did exactly what he said he would and did not try to charge me for extra services I did not need.

The service provider was prompt and provided the service as ordered. My one disappointment was that I had asked them to adjust the garage door to close better. They performed the other services but didnt complete the adjustment on the garage door. The adjustment wasnt enough that it made sense to call them back to make the adjustment so I made the adjustment to the opener myself, but the oversight was a disappointment.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Called me from his car when in route and was able to determine the cause of the problem almost immediately. I was charged $20 to repair the tracks that the garage door was on and he let me know what issues I may face in the future with the opener itself, and how much time and money it would take him to replace it when the time comes. It would be hard to match his price, knowledge and professionalism.

It went fantastic. The work was great. Everything looks wonderful and it was very quick. I really appreciated that they were tracking the purchase, I didn't even have to contact them, they contacted me.

John and his partner arrived on time and was very prompt and professional. They replaced my rollers which made the door roll very smoothly and quietly. The chain had jumped off track and they repaired it. I paid $99.00 on line for the tune up. They charged me an addional $24.00 to get my chain back on track.

Great communication from company, was always informed of weather delays affecting my scheduled appointment. Workers were punctual, courteous, conscientious. They did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable. Installing the keypad was one of the best improvements to my home.

They were prompt and polite. Did a great job of explaining that I had a commercial garage door (news to me but true!) that they do not normally service. But they did have the proper supplies on hand and for a small ($20) fee were able to complete the service. The fee was due to the commercial door needing longer braces than the non-commercial rollers. I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone else who needs service. Unfortunately, they recommended that next time I call a commercial provider so they are sure that everything I need is covered. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Great job.
