Everything went great. Arrived on time and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. We did not need to buy a new garage door. He was able to fix the issues and install a keypad for us. He even pointed out a problem that could be a safety hazard that we were unaware of. I'd recommend to others and hire again. I used a $30 off Angie's List coupon too. The cost was fair and affordable.

It's been working well, so we haven't had any problems since it's been done. They came out within a reasonable amount of time and they were able to perform the services we required. The price was reasonable as well. I think they were thorough in answering whatever concerns that came up at the time.

I am a retired carpenter after 53 yrs in construction. Watching Mr. Wiedow install the opener was a joy. I've only had a dozen or so men work for or with me who showed such competence. Not a wasted move, did in an hour and half what used to take me four. The garage door opens and closes perfectly. If you need any new door or service to present door, use Beverly Garage Doors. You will not be sorry.

John called me only hours after I purchased the Angie's List deal. We discovered that he was quite a distance away from me but instead of saying no he told me he would try to get to me the next day while working closer to me on another job. Sure enough he came today, first thing, did an amazing job and didn't try to up sell me or try to sell me a new door. When I asked about a new door as my door is over 20 years old he said I could wait until this one breaks. Most people would have tried to sell me a new one immediately. I highly recommend Beverly Garage Doors and will certainly use them in the future if I even need them again.

John was very professional and kept in great contact with me. He was not looking for a huge payout like the other two garage companies I had spoken to and who came out to access my issue. The problem I was having was my remote no longer worked and I only had one, which I received from the previous owner. I called the company who installed the garage door opener, and they gave me a remote to program to my opener which did not work. They came out and told me that the opener I had was over 20 yrs. old and the manufacturer did not make that type any longer and gave me an estimate of $500 for a new garage door opener. I had another company come out and they could not program another remote to my current opener either and gave me a $350 estimate for a new garage door opener. Then I met John from Beverly Garage and Doors, who came out and struggled with his van to get through my alley after the horrible snowy weather we had just received days earlier. John said the garage door opener I had was 20 years old as well, but he took the time to search for programming instructions for the model I had to see if he could program a remote to it. He found instructions, installed a transmitter and programmed the remotes. He was honest enough to tell me that the other two garage companies could have done the same. He said the estimate was $149 for all parts and the service call but then gave me a $30 discount for being an Angie's List customer. So, I save dramatically, only paying $119 for the entire work done and was very satisfied with the work and service provided. John informed if the remotes stop working for any reason, to give him a call and if push come to shove and I would indeed need a new garage door opener, that it would not cost me too much. I fixed his sticker on my garage door and watched him struggle again to get out of my alley, but I appreciated his patience, candor and professionalism as well as his honesty. Beverly Garage door arrived promptly. They were courteous and professional. They did not attempt to sell me an upgrade which I appreciated.

It went very smoothly. In fact it was probably one of the most seamless experiences I have ever had with a contractor.

The repair man showed up same day and quickly diagnosed my problem, i mean in like 6 seconds. A quick adjustment and lubrication to the opener hardware and its as good as new. Charged me twenty bucks flat, some places would have charged 150 bucks to come out, plus he's a neighborhood guy. Thanks again.

It went extremely well. I have used them again and recommended them to others. On December 5, --Beverly Garage doors arrived on time, installed a new garage door system. It took a little longer than they thought, but things went very smoothly. I am pleased with the new system which opens almost effortlessly. The installation was great. I was able to use an angie list coupon as advertised. Again, I would highly recommend these guys.

I was able to schedule an appointment that same week of purchase from Angie's list deal. The installer was on time and was able to finish the work in just a short time. He made a few adjustment and also gave me a few tips. I will surely hire him again.

They were punctual, they were professional, they had the work done in 15 minutes and they were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again

The installed a garage door opener. My house actually fell outside their limits for service, yet they still came and completed the work.

General maintenance on garage door. Oiled tracks, replaced rollers tightened springs and repaired light outlet. The technician was professional and completed the job quickly.

Good experience. Purchased service through Angie's List Deal and set up appointment through Rapid Connect feature. Installer showed up on time and installation took a little over an hour. Only hiccup was that he had to make a return trip to install unit's battery backup. Not a problem. He came back several days later when it was convenient to me and unit was fully functional in meantime. Overall wished I'd done this much earlier. Among its' many pluses, new belt driven unit is very quiet and can be controlled with my iPhone.

Jim arrived on time, diagnosed and explained the problem and stated the time needed to complete the job. Jim was very professional and helpful. Provided answers to all of our questions appropriately and patiently. Lastly, my garage door is currently functioning perfectly. Thank you for a job well done.

UPDATE: They came to the house within a day of speaking with me and remedied the situation. It was likely a problem with the pass code and it is working perfectly now. I appreciate their responsiveness.
