Beverly Garage Doors

I called asking for a quick response, because my garage door wouldn't open. They called me within 10 minutes and assessed the problem from my description. Two repairmen arrived at my house within 20 minutes and replaced the spring. The entire experience from first call to repair was under an hour. They explained why springs break, and I watched them do the repair. They were professional.

John repaired the door swiftly and expertly.

John had done repair for us before. He is very good and very professional. He came around the time he specified and knew what need to be done on the garage door. I will definitely use him again in any future work.

Service was great. He even went above and beyond leveling the garage door. Would absolutely recommend their services!

I am so pleased. Beverly Garage Doors fixed both doors and added a strip to my main garage door which is included in that cost. The shed (wood) garage door only needed a spring & works like magic. Ar-Be's estimate is $1102!!!! Jim (repairman) was very professional, fast, friendly. John was very quick to have Jim come this morning. I am a happy girl!!!

I called the service at 9:45 AM today and he returned my call at 10:09 AM. As fate would have it, he was in the next town over and by 12:20 PM today, my door was repaired and serviced. Very satisfied!

It went very well. They were very personable and on time and had a very good working knowledge of my garage door situation. The door we had before they replaced it was very worn and needed a lot of work. They informed me of how to best use the opener and how to troubleshot anything that might hinder its performance. I forgot some of the details and called them because I forgot a few things about the door opener and he came out to my home that same day he reviewed everything again at no charge! I recommend them to all.

The work that they did was fantastic. He said they would be here at 12 o'clock and he was here at 12 o'clock. He even did things that were out of scope of the work. I did not know how to reprogram my pad and combination. He reprogrammed it for me and even put a light bulb in it. This guy is a solid A.

I had my initial appointment set for Saturday, called on Friday to let them know I took the day off and they came on Friday instead. Was on time did a great job replacing my rollers, installed my keypad, showed me how to operate and change password. Extremely satisfied with my service and will use again and recommend services to friends and family.

I purchased a deal for a tune-up and replacement rollers through Angie's List for Beverly Doors and John responded within minutes. We discussed availability through email and he confirmed via phone. John came out at the time we agreed and he was very friendly and got right to looking at the door. I told him about some of the issues we were having with the door. John was thorough and quick, finishing with 30 minutes. He told me what he had seen in the inspection, issues we were having with the track and gears, that he had replaced and greased parts, programmed two remotes for us (not included in the price, but very reasonable and worth it to have an expert program them and not us), what to look out for in the future and we were set. A great business interaction. We will for sure use John and Beverly Doors again in the future.

Everything went well. The scheduling process was easy, the technicians arrived on time, and the installation was done well. Furthermore, they cleaned up after themselves, and the opener is working just fine.

Work was done promptly and professionally at a great price. We were really glad to have the exterior key pad installed on the garage as part of the package. Our old system didn't have that and it's really great.

I would recommend them. He set the code to both of our cars and did not charge extra. He also checked garage door for needed repairs and function. Very friendly and professional.

John, did an excellent job. It started with his responsiveness to my phone call. Since my garage door tension spring had broken, I couldn't open my garage door and get my car out. I called him on Monday. He was out first thing on Tuesday to repair the door. Additionally, my garage door opener had been failing for the past 3 months so I had him replace that too. I was able to take advantage of one of his Angie's List discounts. I was extremely pleased with his response time, his professionalism, his work, the overall costs, and for taking to time to ensure everything was working and synced before he left. I have 2 garage doors and 3 cars in the family. Although he only worked on one of my doors, he re-synced all door openers in the cars and the 2 wireless keypads and trained me how to do it myself should the need arise. I will use Beverly Garage Door again.

When I called for an estimate it was the most reasonable. He came over at a time that was convenient for me. Considering the weather we have encountered this year we were fortunate that Jim came on one of the few above freezing days. The opener was installed in about an hour and a half. Jim had me come out and showed me the features and had me se the code. A few days later the door would not close so Jim came out and adjusted the sensors. Very pleased with the service.

Provider did a great job. The garage door wasn't working properly and wouldn't stay closed. After service by the provider, the door not only operated properly - we also got new remotes (the old remote didn't work anymore).

They are a very good company. I will definitely use them again.

I came home from work and my garage door wouldn't open. I managed to open it manually, but it got stuck when I engaged the motor again. I called, and John said he could make it out in about an hour, which he did. John informed me that the tension springs needed to be replaced. He said that they last about 8 years (garage is 10 years old). He said it wouldn't take him that long, and it didn't; he was done in about an hour, maybe less. He also replaced a couple of bad hinges. John was quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The company was very prompt in scheduling the installation and was able to do so just a few days after I purchased the deal. Everything went extremely smoothly. I love my new openers!

I called with a broken garage door. Based on my description of the issue, they suggested a possible issue, and quoted me a flat fee for the work. They arrived right on time the next day to perform the work. After looking over the situation, and discussing options, we decided to skip the repair, and just replace the whole unit. Again, they did this for a flat fee. It took just over an hour, and they did a great job cleaning up after the work. The tech even took the time to help me program my car's built in remote

All went well - no complaints.

Didn't need to be home for the estimate or installation. Everything looks great and works fine.
