They were straight forward and very nice about it. He cleaned and fixed a sensor for us without asking for any money. They were very honest and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went exceptionally smoothly, considering the age of my garage door. John had a tweak my garage door codes, but he was able to take care of it quickly. When I need to replace my old door, I will definitely call him!

They were professional on the phone, came out quickly, explained everything very well and performed the repair quickly. Made sure to show me what he had done when work was completed.

First thing in the morning, we hit the garage door button and it wouldn't budge. Door couldn't be opened manually and there was no way to get the cars out. I read about Beverly Garage, and there were so many positive reviews on this site. I called at 8:30 AM, John said he could be there later in the morning, and he was at the house before 11 AM. SAME DAY! Problem was fixed in less than an hour, and we were able to use the $30 off coupon towards the repair cost. I would highly recommend Beverly Garage Door and when we replace our door in the future, they will be the first call we make.

My garage door did not open and close properly and I called Beverly Garage Doors because of all the good reviews. The service man came over the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem with the door, he told me the lifting chain was loose and needs to be tightened. He fixed the problem and re-programed the garage door opener for me. All of this was done in one hour and charged me $65. It was a very pleasant experience (not often with service contractors), I will definitely call Beverly Garage Doors again if I ever have garage door issues.

He was very professional and he called me back immediately upon me leaving him a voicemail. And he came the day after to tune-up my garage door. He did not try to up-sell anything and instead provided helpful tips for troubleshooting some of the common garage door problems. I will call him again for future garage door services.

It was good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They're good and professional and definitely people can go forward with them.

John showed up on time and completed the work in a short time. He checked all the moving parts and lubricated the hinges and rail. He replaced the rollers with nylon ball bearing rollers, and checked everything. He also installed a keypad and gave me the Angie's List price that is usually with a coupon. He was very professional and very informative. I would highly recommend.

Door broke out of no where . I called this morning at approx 8am they were able to send someone the same day. I was told 12-2, but they called first and arrived early around 11am. Immediately knew what the issue was and repaired it within the hour. Also balanced the door as it was not balanced properly. When I called told them I was an Angies List member they then told me about a $30.00 coupon for services over $100.00. Great service....thinking about getting an insulated garage door from them in the near future.

We just moved into our house in the beginning of May. One of the first things we wanted replaced was our keyless entry to our garage. The existing keyless pad was broken. I went to Angie's list to see if there was a reputable company who could replace our key pad. I found Beverly Garage Doors and called the company. I was quoted 125 dollas for the keyless pad and the garage door roller replacement. John came to the house and looked at our doors and told us that we didn't need the rollers and replaced the key pad for 85 dollars. That was 40 dollars less than the quoted price!! Whenever a company can repair something under the original quote, I feel an element of honesty from them. It was a pleasure to work with John, as he was punctual and a good communicator. He called our house before his arrival and made himself immediately available when I called him with a question about the keypad. Our home is an older home and some day we will need a new garage door. When that time happens, we will remember how we were treated well by Beverly Garage Doors and give them a call.

Fantastic! John called at 8:30 am to let me know he was on his way and would be at my house by 9:30. He showed up right around 9:30 with his partner. They promptly removed the old garage doors and garage service door. They were very professional and there was never a time where they were yelling or swearing. They answered all my questions during the process. It took about 3 and a half hours total and they swept up the garbage and driveway afterwards. My garage has never been so clean. His partner had me try the door deadbolt a few times and John had me try out both the keypad and openers. They both went over how the safety aspects of the garage work and what different flashing lights on the motor and sensor mean. They both took the time to make sure I knew how to work every aspect of the garage and motor. They even temporarily tacked the siding of the garage door on for me and gave me extra nails because I had let them know I was getting my garage siding done and this way the contractor could remove the door siding and hide his edges and then re-nail everything. He came in exactly what his estimate said a few weeks before. I have been living here for a year now and Saturday was the first day I could drive my car into my garage. I absolutely love it. Everything looks great. I have already referred them to a co-worker looking for a new garage door.

Scheduling was very easy, and John (owner/operator?) showed up on the date we agreed on at the specified time. John was very courteous and professional in demeanor - a joy to work with. He listened to my concerns, provided some tips on keeping the door in best working order, and completed all work quickly and completely. He was very generous with his time in regards to answering the questions I had, and the work performed was of the highest quality - the garage door is much quieter, no longer sticks, and the weather seal he installed (for a small additional fee above the package price) is tight. Highly recommended!

I used this company to replace the garage door about 2 years ago and was very happy with the work. This past winter the guys who plow the driveway had put a fairly large dent in the garage door, so I called to see if I could replace one or two panels. John came out to look at the door and was able to push the dent out and pop the panel back into shape quickly without replacing any panels. There are still a couple of dimples but they are not noticeable, and the best part was that he didn't charge me for the service call since it went so quickly! What a great surprise - made my day!

There was a problem with the rollers and he came back to fix that. I thought that was pretty good. Somehow when they finished the rollers on the one side, there was four rollers that was outside the track and the garage door was closing but it was crooked and it wouldn't go up and down on the track. We ended up having to take it off of the electric and do it manually until he can fix it. He did exactly what he said, he came back and we didn't pay any extra.

They were great. They are nice, efficient and they came very quickly.

This company did a nice job. The gentlemen arrived on-time and did what he promised. He also cleaned-up after himself, and provided me his contact number in case any of the changes he made resulted in a problem. But all was well and has been well since he updated and adjusted our garage doors.
