We are absolutely thrilled with the final project. Our basement is now the highlight of our home with space for the whole family and guests. "My husband and I were looking to get 2 bathrooms in our home remodeled. My husband called and was told that 4 Ever Remodeling does not service our area. Needless to say, we were confused seeing that this company remodeled a home across the street from where we live. I decided to go on their website to see the areas. Again, not only do they service the Oak Park area, they also service two surrounding suburbs. I called back to ask why is this and was told that it was because of my area code. I tried telling this company that I was literally one block from the expressway, however 4 Ever Remodeling kept saying, it's the zip code. I felt it was very discriminatory and we shouldn't be judged based on the area code. "I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Our project turned out better than we expected and as things were going along, we added more projects. Patryk, Greg and their team did a fantastic job. They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. Other odd and ends that they never hesitated to do. We appreciate all they have done in our home, To us, it’s amazing how nice it is and how it should have been all the years we have lived here. Its exciting to show it off, it feels like a new house. These guys are amazing and would definately recommend them to anyone. Very reliable and easy to get in contact with when needed. "I contacted this business via Angie's list. Mike Friedman responded promptly. Unfortunately, we played some phone tag. He happened to call me while I was waiting for an important work call, and then the following day while I was driving my kid to swim lessons. I apologized for the phone tag and I asked him if I could call him back when my kid was at his lesson, to which he responded, with a mean tone "No." I told him I was doing the best I could to take care of this job, but I also work full time and have kids. His response to this, again with a mean tone, "Well you're not doing a very good job" Completely unprofessional."

"Wonderful!!! Love my bathroom remodel thanks to David and Robert. We needed to reschedule for many months due to my father being ill. They were so kind and thoughtful about it. Most contractors would have taken your deposit and never contacted you again. Not them. We completed the project and I am so so happy. They were punctual and tidy, cleaning up every day inside my unit and in the common area of my floor hallway. Talented contractors and even better humans! Thank you both!"

"Miro redid our kitchen and half bath and we're thrilled with the results. We got a few quotes and ultimately went with Homewise Remodelers because the price was reasonable and Miro was so thorough in walking us through our options. He helped us select cabinets and worked through several versions of the kitchen layout until we were happy with it--we were easily able to swap out cabinet layouts and finishings, like adding a farmhouse sink. His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail. They solicited our input on decorative details and were quick to fix things we didn't like, e.g., the location of kitchen cabinet pulls. We felt they treated our home as they would their own. The project even wrapped up a few days early. We would absolutely recommend Homewise Remodelers and choose them for future projects."

"Kris did an amazing job. It was a huge job he did by the book. His experience is evident in his accuracy and efficiency. Kris was onsite everyday and worked in a strategic way that there was never any lost time. He has a great eye for detail and design. You can tell he has a passion for his work. He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. He was patient with me and my hundred questions. He was also very flexible if I changed my mind or had an alteration to the original plan. I look forward to working with Kris again."

"The painting went ok. The rug removal was done ok. While replacing the bath fan the ceiling was damaged around the fan. No one went into the attic to check the duct and we later found out the duct was not connected to the roof vent. The flooring was done too rushed and we have had to replace some boards. The stairs were a nightmare, spindles were cut crooked, nails sticking out, treads and risers cut on angles. We asked them to just stop work and leave, unfortunately we had paid them $5,000. They rushed thru the job because we were told they had a bigger job where they would make more money. We were told the stairs were so badly damaged they could not be salvaged. So far it has cost us $13,000 more to take out the old stairs, fix the flooring and the bath fan."
