The old air conditioner was installed after purchasing new windows. The window company installed it as though it would never be removed. The prior handyman could not remove it after 3 hours of trying. Ivan and his worker removed it in 30 minutes. The entire job was completed in less than 90 minutes.

The initial contact was ok. He was nice and friendly. He charged $4.000 for the job. He never presented a contract. He changed appointments to complete other “more important jobs”. He was late a couple of times but never missed an arranged date. The job took a week with the in between breaks. He needed parts and sent my husband to get them. He also added charges but failed to summit receipts as promised. Everything looked good but within two weeks things start going down hill. First the calling needs to be repaired on top and bottom of sink. The pipping came loose two times and had to be repaired from the washer installation . The cabinets suffered water damage due to the water spilling out The dishwasher wasn’t locked in place. The outlet plate cover wasn’t installed. The flooring is separating. He never present any contract or paperwork period. That should have stopped me but I’m thinking Angie’s list and went head in. I have spent two hundred and now I have to pay someone to fix my flooring. I tried to contact him but received no response. I will never use anyone on Angie’s list again.

Excellent. I reached out to Ivan late Sunday afternoon, the day before a holiday. He called me right back and came right over! He was very professional, courteous and the price was great. We needed to change air conditioners to fit the window. We purchased the correct one and he came over at 8am on a Holiday and installed the unit!. Ivan was timely and professional. He removed a sink,faucet,medicine cabinet and lighting fixture in a bathroom.The items were replaced with new fixtures and it worked perfectly. He also painted the bathroom much to our satisfaction.The estimated time was spot on. He also fixed a plumbing problem we were experiencing with major savings for a much more expensive job quoted by another company.
