Ivan did a tremendous job installed my ceiling fans. Fast communication and did quality work. One of our fans needed some drywall ceiling work done and it looks fantastic, blended in perfectly into the ceiling. Greatly exceeded my expectations!

I purchased two awnings from homedepot and was looking for an installer. Ivan and his team-mate did a good job in taking down my existing awnings and replacing them with the new ones I had purchased. They were even accommodating when I wanted to sand and paint the underlying wood to which one of the awnings was going to be mounted; while they worked on the other awning. There were a few hiccups of not having the right size drillbit and tools since the awnings were atypical. But, Ivan managed to find the parts at ace and with some help from my neighbor, all was well! The new awnings look great!

Ivan and his team did an excellent job on my bath remodeling. Ivan and team were polite, professional and always prompt. I found Ivan to be very experienced, knowledgable and resourceful contractor. He listen to what we wanted for this project and did an excellent job interpertating our vision. The bath remodeling was completed on time and looks fabulous very pleased with his communication keeping us informed as job progress plus his attention to detail and excellent quality workmanship. Ivan was absolutely great will definately contact for all future projects.

It started off great! Half way through the job a shift occurred with the quality of the work. He didn’t use skilled workers and didn’t adjust the price when less work was required to complete the job. Also a receipt was requested when the job was done and it was never received. Ivan was knowledgeable but not his workers and overall the workmanship of the project was barely fair. I will not be using him again.

It went well and better than expected

I highly recommend Ivan. We hired him to replace our front stairs. He did such a great job that we hired him to update our bathroom. He kept us informed every step of the way and was able to fix numerous issues so that our bathroom looks great.

It went perfectly. Ivan and his team delivered what he said and it turned out better than we expected. He didn’t cut corners and made suggestions to make it better. We had a unique project. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. It was a two day project. They cleaned up nicely. Up to the start date, Ivan would text me with updates as to where we were on his list. I appreciated the constant contact.

Ivan was great. He returned my call immediately. We set up a date and he came out as planned examined what I needed done and told me he would text me back with a price which he did the next day. I thought the price was very fair. The project took two workdays to complete and everything was right on schedule. I am planning on hiring him again in the near future.

Everything went well. Always responsive to my calls and texts. Always gave an update on progress of work. If anything needed to be addressed. He was there always to bring everything to completion. I passed my village inspection thanks to my awesome contractor.
